What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to not only access my files from anywhere, but the ability to scan documents is a huge convenience and time saver. Sharing files and folders is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides experienced. No downside experienced to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File storage of small and large files.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides easy access across all platforms. It is very easy to use and access on both mobile devices and my PC. The product allows access to many document types from the one file storage location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Free Storage space. Compairted to the comparable products, Onedrive and Icloud, the free Dropbox storage allowance is more restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing PDF, Work and Excel files from one location from any device.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox since University, we made shared files of final year project on dropbox.
One of my favourite feature is drop and drag, this makes easier to upload files in the dropbox.
Its easier to share the files with friends or collegaues at work.
I use dropbox almost every week at my workplace as all project files & logs are uploaded to a dropbox which makes it easier for everyone to access them.
Its integration into the windows shell makes it more convenient to direclty upload a file.
Implementation through out the company systems is easier due to access through web.
Can easily report and issue and customer support is available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited space, as files size increase day by day with the technology, the space should be increased per plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have usb access in our client's pc system due to restrictions, in such case, its convenient to use drop box when we have to share files of larger size which can not be sent through email.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a business that uses large projects, from multible locations around the world, the intergration of dropbox in our workflow has greatly increased productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface needs some work. It is a little cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large projects internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share files through multiple devices - desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves having to email things to myself all the time or use a flash drive which could be problematic depending on the IT security settings on a certain device.

What do you like best about the product?
It is free with 2G drive space. Easy to use and fast speed upload and download.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload process can't complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to use online drive to store some music files so I can listen music any where with dropbox online drive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it syncs to my devices, i love the w3b intreface
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like that it does not integrate into gsuite seamlessly, makes it look arcade

Sometimes the sync is funky, as if I can't download the data / green tick is not always there?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use
Easy to go through from my laptop folders
Application was easy to download and use on laptop
Enjoy being able to use integration of Gmail address to use (no need for new account)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive - would be helpful if files frequently opened on laptop originally marked as online-only were not automatically unavailable (or at least a prompt to review the online-only status)
