Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing with my Macbook. It makes life easy and thought-free

Not sure. I wish the annual discount was a significant enough amount to be worth

Being able to access my files across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be a little easier to use. The way things are accessed within it periodically keep on changing, and that is hard to keep up with sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access my files across multiple devices. As a result, I can refernce relevant information wherever I am. I can always look up what I need either on my computer, or on my phone, or on another device by accessing my account via a web browser.

It has a reliability that a user needs to save his data.

It is somewhat expensive, compared to the other services (Google Cloud, OneCloud, ...).

1) to share a file, and collaborate with my peer worker - it is easy to share it using Dropbox, even if it is a really big video file (~GBs)

dropbox is very helpful for me to quickly store files and photos. Easily accessible both online and offline.

It is easy to save files to. I can save large files easily and share them with others. I have never lost a file, unlike my experience with another cloud service.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of space, used for everything. I backup everything into dropbox and use it to share files/documents for support work and engineering sync.

To be honest, i don't have much i dislike right now. its simple to use and share.

Backups everything for me, and allows me to easily share large files between coworkers.
