The ability to make things easily shareable and to back up entire websites remotely and automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a fantastic took for myself as I worked for 2 different businesses at the same time and didn't always have access to the main computer when a file was needed. With Dropbox, I always had access when I needed it. I can access from my phone, from any of the laptops I use and can easily move files between computers if needed. Huge amount of storage and I can even back up my computer to it if I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync time can be a bit of a delay, but that is internet dependent. I try to keep important files pre-downloaded but I can't have everything accessible all the time due to space limitations on my hard drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let's me access important files wherever I am and on whatever system I have available.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, integration with desktop folder and app.

Limited free storage on cheaper plans, would love to see extended types of storage plans.

Transferring large files and group collaboration.

I like being able to get to my documents in Dropbox from any computer I may be working.

Downloading the Dropbox folder on my computer but then figuring out how to make sure it links with all my other devices. The worst part is the amount of memory it uses if a have a Dropbox folder downloaded on a device.

I use Dropbox every day, and have for years.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing files at different locations. The customer support and the recovery of their team when we lost files. I use it every day. The fact that my account can be linked to every computer I use is helpful. It works across different platforms as well. I recommend it to others as well. It is an easy answer to file security. The installation is easy. I see no reason not to use the service. I like that I can also access my files from the web if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know anything that I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never use a thumb drive between offices or computers that I use. We had a ransomware attack, and Dropbox customer service was able to retrieve the infected folders. We lost 2 files. My hard drive for documents is Dropbox.

Dropbox makes storing and sharing files incredibly easy. Love how everything syncs automatically across my devices. Dropbox is a lifesaver for team projects. We can all work on the same files seamlessly – no more version confusion.

Dropbox's free storage is too small, and the paid plans are expensive

I am presently using dropbox for my reserach related purpose where we can keeps all the data in one place and all my team mates can work on the same file simultaneously

Dropbox as of today is helping a lot of people in a global scale for save their files through cloud storage.
Let it be artists saving their works to be shared with others, let it be coders saving their codes and execution prompts from their source files.
Dropbox for me personally solves a lot of problems that even my own devices have less storage, I can use it to save them through cloud online saving storage.
