Easy to use and integrate into computer system.

Expensive for the average user. Microsoft 365 include it as part of the package.

Access to files whatever platform I use.

Loved the seamless integration with all my devices.

Dropbox is totally awesome. It integrates with all my devices seamlessly syncing all files and folders.

Actually none. May be they can increase the spacing in plans.

How seamless the uploads and transfers are. I use Dropbox for all of my business work.

Sometimes I can't delete from the "deleted files" which is very annoying

It's affordable. The syncing is good. It generally works. Not a lot of complaints. The app work pretty well and so does the desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to actually edit files when you're on mobile or in the app.

Accessing files across different family members, mostly photos

What do you like best about the product?
I run a virtual assistant/marketing company for authors. Being able to easily collaborate with my clients and have both our input backed up automatically is incredibly time saving, and having my own business documents at a glance no matter what device I'm on is integral to my business. Highly recommend

I do wish there was some more customizable options in terms of the functionality I really need but nothing too bad.

It makes it easy to collaborate with clients instantly versus email back and forth

What do you like best about the product?
I have become very fond of the Capture feature. This allows me to be able to create tutorials and do product reviews. Syncing with Dropbox is faster and easier than MIcrosoft or Google. Plans are affordable and give you access to so much more than just somewhere to store a file. Customer suppport is knowedgable and been helpful if I ever needed them. I absolutely use dropbox daily for work and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great storage that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get used to the sync feature just from an old head perspective. I wish that the activity panel was easier to find and access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows other designers on my team to have access to client files as needed. The Capture feature has allowed me to create more income avenues as well.

I love the ease of sharing albums with clients, and how they can mark their selects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike about dropbox. If I could hav anything more from it, it would be more features that are specific for photographers.

It helps me share large amounts of data with clients very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick syncing, ease of navigation, sync preferences, the ability to share a folder with non-dropbox users to get large file uploads, e-signature features and OCR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to reach customer support in the rare event you do have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing my files across multiple computers, e-signature, and background OCR searches. Can't wait for AI backed searches!
