What do you like best about the product?
I really find Dropbox to be an excellent cloud storage and file-sharing platform. Managing files is simple and reliable. The clean and easy-to-use interface is great, whether on mobile, desktop, or web. I love how fast and consistent file syncing is, and sharing files or folders is a breeze, just takes a few clicks. The seamless cross-device synchronization is probably one of the best features as it keeps my files always up to date. I appreciate the version history and file recovery options, especially when handling important projects. Plus, Dropbox integrates smoothly with tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Slack, which makes collaboration much more efficient. It's a dependable and secure solution, perfect for both personal and professional use. Cloud backup is a particular favorite of mine since I can easily recover deleted files, which is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline access is limited in mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes managing files simple and reliable with fast syncing and easy file recovery. Cloud backup keeps my files safe, and version history is great for restoring older files.

Convenient Storage with Room for Improvement

  • December 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store large files, which helps save space on local storage. I can share files with others easily by just sending a link. I like that I can store my data securely for long periods without worrying about safety. Accessing my files from anywhere and on any device is a big plus for me. I see Dropbox as a virtual place where all my data is safe and handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should allow some small features like PDF editing to be free rather than paid version. It took some time for the team to get hands-on experience at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store large files to save space on local storage. It securely stores my data for longer periods and allows me to share multiple files using just a link.

Simple and practical

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how practical and easy it is to use. The interface is very intuitive, and everything feels well organized, which makes managing and sharing files simple and stress-free. Overall, the user experience is smooth and pleasant, even for everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Dropbox is mostly related to a few practical limitations. The free plan has a rather small amount of storage compared to some other services, which can fill up quickly if you work with many or large files. Even with the student plan, I think a student plan with around 20 GB of storage would better support academic needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been with me since I started university, and I’m very grateful for the storage service it provides. Knowing that my PDFs and study materials are always safe and easily accessible has been really helpful throughout my academic journey.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox for its much better capacity for storage compared to Google Workspace, which solves my issue of not being able to store videos elsewhere. I really appreciate the ease of sharing video file links with others, and its ease of use and intuitive setup make it simple to navigate— I don't have to second guess where things are or search for them. The initial setup was pretty easy and took just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A way to create folders can be a bigger icon or easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for video storage and sharing links. It provides better storage capacity than Google Workspace, making it easier to store videos and share links. Its intuitive setup means I don't have to search for things.
