What do you like best about the product?
My entire psychotherapy private practice is on Dropbox. I can access it anywhere. If I were to lose my computer or it stopped working (happened!) all my info is still accessible.

It is easy to organize my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to share a file or work collaborative with someone who doesn't have Dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible and easy to access all my information from different locations. I work in different physical locations.

A great service that might be missing a few important bits

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I certainly love the automated features--being able to sync a folder, or instantly upload photos from a phone. Beyond the automation I just find it easy to use and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to SEE and manage folders according to their size is the biggest missing link. I can't imagine this is a difficult thing to add, but I've been asking for this feature for years and as yet it feels backwards to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing Dropbox solves for me is sharing large folders and/or large sized files. I work primarily with imagery and it is almost always larger than you'd want to share via email

What do you dislike about the product?

Awesome for our business schedules

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox to create word documents of work schedules for each one of our employees. We make the document changes on our desktop and it is visible to each one of our employees by using the Dropbox App on their phone. Works great. We use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees can accidently delete documents. Also, if you open a document on another lap top or desktop and make changes then there are two documents that are different. It can become confusing. It would be nice if there was only one administrator that could make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documents that can be viewed by everyone you invite in a convenient app as opposed to an email or text. Changes are immediately reflected on everyone's Dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for as long as I can remember and it has never failed me. It stores and sends videos and audio files regularly and it's always quick and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the quickest way for me to upload and send an audio or video file for work (which is something I do on a regular basis)

Easy in use and very user friendly

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way of uploading picture and files and to share specific folders or files with anyone you'd like
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a great feature to sync your photos automatically via the Camera Uploads but this is only limited to one device. I would like to have multiple phones/devices uploading automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files in a secure and easy way

Used to be good then they tried to make it like drive

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ummm ... My data is accessible from anywhere and I won't lose it if my computer crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'm just an old school Windows person, but every time something gets an upgrade it seems like they try to make it bubbly and like an Apple computer. They're endless suggestions of things I should try it seems focused on selling me something instead of unorganizing my content. I find the new Dropbox to be endlessly annoying and to have lost almost everything that was good about the old dropbox. The only thing left good about it is that it keeps my stuff off my computer in case I have a crash. Please restore the old online format and stop trying to suggest things that I might want to do I know what I want to do I want to store my data and then I want to access it easily from anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it's not solving a lot of problems because nobody else has the storage space that I do so when I try to share files it ends up being impossible and I have to share them through drive instead.
