Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient and productive to store documents and is able to retrieve them easily too

The convience of being able to access your data no matter where you are. Fantastic security for your data and ease of Use. They have fantastic customer Support and is etremely ease to implement across your business. You can access your data at any time. It have a great amount of features avaailable

The size runs out really quickly and can be slow to upload

ease of being able to transfer data between users in real time. Plus the ability to change data as needed without the need for anyone to wait for ever.

Being able to use it on my mobile phonen as well as using it on my laptop.

Saving large amounts of photos in a small area. It helps me keep my laptop clean and organized.
Simple & safe
What do you like best about the product?
The features are great! Can easily upload documents or files on Dropbox with ease. Have been a lifesaver as it helps whenever I need to share files with big file size! The files can be shared to others using link with added security such as expiry date & select whom we want to share it with! Thus far, I did not encounter any issue using it.

There is no dislike! The features are great!

Size limitation when sending documents via email so dropbox has been a great help!
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows to easily store and share things. Anything from audio files, work documents and more. Highly recommend

The only downside is limited free space available

Have been using dropbox for ~10 years. It's my go-to for all my documents as it is easily accessible anywhere that I have internet. The storage size is great and I pay an annual fee.

Price- afraid that it will go up and become unaffordable

Easy Way to Preview and Transfer Files
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, the ability to share large numbers of photo files easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more intuitive. I am a photographer sending my clients photos to preview and there is a learning curve for them to learn how to use it. And I HATE the fact that when loading photo files from the app on my phone that you rename every file with the time and date. Leave my file names the way they are! Now they don't match the file names on my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send large numbers of photo files (150-200) to my clients and it would take too long to try and email them. It also lets them scroll through a folder with all their photos so they can compare and contrast them.
Side note: Why have a dropdown menu for "What purposes do you use Dropbox" with only one choice??????????
