Dropbox - a radical approach to storing data
What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox as my primary saving destination means my data is stored simultaneously in three places, my two physical computers, plus "the cloud". That gives me a good sense of security that my data is safe. It's also, super easy to share files and folders with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, only a small dread that one day it'll all come crashing down, but it won't right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing with colleagues, keeping my data safe across different physical sites/locations.

It's so easy to use and so easy to access.

I don't think there is an option of accessing without Internet.

Fast storage and convenient management, could use better interactivity
What do you like best about the product?
The storage is good. Getting additional storage from referrals is awesome. Fast and interactive. Sync between devices is quick and no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interactivity for a user can be improved. Folder download options and sharing option is present but need a temporary sharing on time basis would be better. The storage limit can be improved too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using dropbox as a storage as well as transfer medium for previous files. The multi device sync helps a lot with collaboration and dropbox has lot of support with other apps like gmail, drive , phone imports etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the security that Dropbox offers and the cloud based product where I have access wherever when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I've not had any downside and I've used it for probably 14 years or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is a solid back up option.
Awesome Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use across different devices. Gives peace of mind from losing data due to computer crashes, Easy to share files (and limit acess to them)
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, I have used for years with ZERO issues!

I have to share large files and multiple photos, this makes sharing a snap

The application for desktop and mobile, the security offered

Ability to get files when away from my desk or office
Like all the updates!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the updates they've been making in regards to ease of changes. Such as you can open a file and immediately change the file name at the top tool bar. More importantly, I like that I can use it on different styems without having to have download onto a computer or app. I do frequently use the mobile app, but don't prefer it to be hard synced on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches when using the web version where it acts like it's constantly refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my files be easily accessible whevever I go. Also appreciate it is not shrinking my images that i'm saving.
IT has been the best service involving cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to organize personal projects, 2TB's of space allows for a lot of pictures, videos, and music storage. I use this a lot for my music charts.

I don't dislike anything about it, it is so a head of it's time and I am confident that the folk at Dropbox will always improve the software.

I belive once I get the family plan, it will help keeping in touch with family

It would be great if the application could operate more faster,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is a lifesaver for keeping all my files in one place and being able to grab them from any device, anywhere. Sharing stuff with friends or coworkers is a breeze, making teamwork feel like less of a chore. Plus, I never have to panic about losing my work if my computer decides to take a day off, thanks to its backup magic.
