Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I like the ease of use, I like that it keeps track of those signatures that are outstanding, I like that the fully executed document is emailed to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had no problems using this product. I like that it keeps track of those signatures that are outstanding and sends reminders.

Great Product - makes signing documents and managing signatories very easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is super easy to use for simple documents (self sign, or with a group of signatories), but is also equally easy to set up for more complex tasks suchs as templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the recent UX improvements. I think syncing documents to external drives could still be made a bit easier - but the fact that this feature exists within hellosign is already a huge plus! :)

getting documents signed quickly and efficiently

I dislike that you can not alter the format for dates.

The most helpful thing about Hellosign is how fast you can receive or send documents, especially if it's an important last-minute thing. Hellosign makes working from an office so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't edit a document once I have sent it out but before the recipient has opened the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with Covid, I have been able to have clients sign documents without being in the same room. Hellosign has helped me become more productive.
