A very reliable, secure and easy-to-work-with storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over a decade and given its security and reliability features, I have referred several friends to use it for personal and professional work. Some of the great features of Dropbox that I always loved are:
1. Security: Highly secure platform
2. Ability to easily share files with a granular access control. This feature makes it a great collaboration tool.
3. Innovative: Dropbox has been pioneering useful features e.g. printing a document directly from Dropbox, viewing a document online using Dropbox viewer/reader etc.
4. Lucid UI: It is quite easy to work with Dropbox. Anyone with minimal knowledge of operating a computer and mobile App can use it with any training.

What do you dislike about the product?
Feature-wise, I do not have anything to dislike about. It is not only the pioneer of personal online storage, it is also the best of the breed. Having been impressed with its great features, many businesses too started using it. One thing I expected but they are still catching up with it is introducing AI within its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The credit to popularise a secure online storage, accessible from anywhere, goes to Dropbox. In addition, the other most important feature it popularised was sharing files and folders with a fine-grained access control which proved very helpful in collaboration. The user guide is quite extensive.
Tremendous flexibility & Security
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to easily work with online files from any device. Leveraging pdfs is simple and easy. Also, with Office365 mobile applications, I can easily work with my files and make the changes necessary, then share as appropriate with the proper security to ensure safety for all. Online management and organization of my files is simple and intuitive. Overall, I enjoy using Dropbox and it is my go to cloud application for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there are little nuances that everyone has with Dropbox as well as other cloud applications, but from my perspective there really are not any major negative aspects to leveraging Dropbox. If there was one thing that could be improved is having more options for storage for individual users without having to upgrade to a business account, if that is not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest challenge is access files from multiple devices and being able to manage versions appropriately.
