Easy to use and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign makes getting documents signed easy and is very inexpensive. The system notifies you when someone reads the document and then lets you know when it has been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike. They could add a feature to create an address book.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for expensive software to get your documents signed.

good experience with Hello Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is easy and simple to use. I like that the documents are cataloged within the system for access later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a better way to use template versions of documents.

It provides an easy and simple signature process for our documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only 5 templates for 25$ is a bit limited for us and thé other plan is too expensive. I wish there were at least 10 templates this is one thé thing that may lead me to leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Singing new vendors to our pamtofmrs. We used to do it manually and receive scams to compile as pdf and then store. It was so coMplicated. Now it's easy and that's why

Very Simple And Easy To Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can easily upload a template and then change out the names and blanks for the contracts. You can keep them in their as drafts so it's very efficient when bringing in a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't think there is anything I would change, if there is a feature to edit the templates in the actual software that may be a bit more helpful! But aside from that there isn't much I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized having contracts for business, clients, and employees are very easy to use. You don't have to manually send them out and you can send reminders to those who haven't signed yet!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! I personally like it over any other software similar to HelloSign.

It's so easy to use. I love the autogenerated fields for PDFs like W4s. Always reliable. No issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a clearer menu to go to certain steps (like who or the doc) rather than using only back and forward buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it for offer letters, forms, contracts, pretty much anything that needs a signature. Template features save a lot of time.

Hello Sign is great! We use it in everyday transactions for our business. 10 out of 10. I would never use another electronic signature platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I actually have no complaints about this platform. Especially after the updates.

We are getting documents signed a lot quicker and in real-time
