Essential tool when document organization matters
What do you like best about the product?
I run a commercial building that has over a 100 tenants. From leases to partnership agreements to standard operating procedures, Dropbox is our source of truth for where things are. One big perk to Dropbox over something like a Google Drive is the consistency of formating for publication and printing of our documents versus them getting transcribed into Google Doc or Sheets, format changed, then downloaded back to into Word or Excel requiring editing to get back to the original format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only problem has been adding new team members to our Dropbox and them not having the same access that the rest of the team does. It is an issue we are still trying to work out and though other options are not as effective, like Google Drive, they are simpler and more accessible than Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and accessibility of key documents across a remote team.

View documents in the field on mobile intead of bringing laptop

Have to open dropbox then through excel to edit.

Being able to view and change plans without stopping to contact every individual on the project

There aren't really downsides, apart from that it is another step instead of just emailing files.

Its helping me avoid the troubles involved with sharing large files via email, and worrying about how much space they are taking up.
Easy to use and have all my files ready everywhere

It is absolutely simple to use! And the best part is that I have all my files ready to use at home, at work, an on the go.

Nothing that I can think of. Perhaps the price?

I would like it if it was more seamless with my email accounts or something like that. Well, I didn't have to log in directly.

The biggest thing is moving large files. Amongst various people and sharing information. and easily sharing links by email or text quickly
Very reliable cloud storage at a reasonable price. Great for use by a team.

What do you like best about the product?
As a copywriter, I share files with a lot of people. It's important for me to have those files organized along with storing them in a secure location. Dropbox allows me to easily do both. Whether I'm working on a big project with lots of research files or sharing my portfolio with a prospective client, Dropbox is a simple way to share documents without any hassle or delay. It's also very easy to invite people to share folders so you know who has access to specific information or details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think to someone new to Dropbox, the user platform can be a little overwhelming to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share documents for project collaboration in a way that keeps it all organized. My projects can often involve a lot of research and being able to share and create folders keeps that from getting confusing. It's also great for organizing and keeping track of revisions as a project nears completion.

Nothing it works great, if they had an easier video file system I would love that.

The storage is helpful and sharing files on a work platform.
Great for important docs!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automatically upload docs and photos from my phone, iPad, and computer without ever worrying about losing anything. I also love that I can organize everything in the app so it's easy to find down the road.

I wish it was easier to delete bulk images. I have to click on each image to delete from my phone.

Wonderfull service for a teacher till it wasn't

This is a very simple but safe way to save my files as a teacher.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is no longer saving my files because it is saying that my site is full. This is not true. I deleted one half of my files and it will not reset. It still will not save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, they have not helped me solve my problem.
