Making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to access my files from anywhere in the globe with one click making life easier. Eliminates to carry the storage device. Easy to share files with anyone anywhere and synchronize anytime. Even with the basic package it does the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's perfect. Its better then any other compiteter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates to carry the storage devices. Easy sharing files with anyone around the globe. My storage device in my pocket.
make workflows easier
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes the workflows easier as I have many collaborations and several people need to work on the same documents at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for dropbox is still a little bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox let me share documents with different individuals and it provide enough storage for documents saving.
Very dependable sync and backup tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and highly efficient to my expections. It accomplishes a lot of what I need from Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dropbox backup beta is not that robust and it's client UI is still buggy in my experience. And it's been in beta for too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring data is reliably synchronized securely to the cloud that can only be controlled by me.
User-friendly, secure storage
What do you like best about the product?
I use both personal and professional Dropbox accounts and value how easy it is to store and securely share files, sync across devices, and change permissions for different users. The free plan comes with enough storage (2 GB) for all of my personal needs, while the professional plan has been great for storing larger files like videos for my office. I also like there's no file size limit in uploading files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great for Dropbox to add more storage to be competitive with other solutions like Google, which gives you 15 GB for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps our office securely share large files with others outside our organization.
I think there are other cloud based software that I'm more comfortable with like OneDrive.
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the integration between computer is good, and lots of my colleagues use them too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, I don't like lots of email they keep sending me to buy premium or more storage, no other platform do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share files very well, and that had work for my team who are doing systematic review
Simple and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how convenient Dropbox is to use. It's mobile app is just as easy as the desktop app. Dropbox is constantly looking to improve itself in many ways to ensure it's maximizing it's potential for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at the moment!

Organization of various items and storing files
Dropbox is great when you have multiple client’s.

The ability to create shared folders in which both myself and clients can share files with ease

Not being able to encrypt folders using passwords

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Dropbox with my clients because it's intuitive to use for both of us. Most of my clients are already familiar with Dropbox, which makes it even easier
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Dropbox would be that it's possible for a non-folder owner (with permission to edit) to delete files. Other than that, I'm happy!

Transfering files from one use to another.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most besides the amount of space, is the accessibility of all files (new or old) and across all my devices. It's so easy to create whatever folder I need, to share it with other musicians and to be invited to others folders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, for the price, there's nothing bad to say.

I haven't had any issues with any of my files, thankfully
