Great file management and productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless back up and access to all my files across computer and mobile devices. I can easily share large files with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
To back up the whole hard drive on mac,
Dropbox made a clone of the whole drive that has to live in Dropbox. It is little unintuitive and has created problems sometimes. Also seems a little pricey.

Gives me a way to share large files with clients and let's me access my files from all my devices

I like the file sharing features of Dropbox when working with a team

Not much. It's a pretty solid program with a long history

I have been using Dropbox for several yearsmm and I find it the easiest to work with.

As a video producer, I like using Dropbox to store files, but the video player is horrible.

Having a user friendly and easy to use site for hosting my files.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with dropbox it is free up to a certain amount. It is very easy to use, and they give us plenty of methods to go about storing files. I have not had time to use the customer support, but I am sure it will go smoothly.

I do wishthat the transfer time was faster

I enjoy the ease of use and space provided for large files.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to organize my photos/videos! Makes my life more simple.

It can be a little on the expensive side but it is worth the cost in the end.

Dropbox helps me organize photos from my photoshoots so I can easily send clients their images and they can easily access them with no extra hassle!
Been an early user... it just keeps getting better. And easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access, even on the phone and tablet. I have a lot of things stored that I need to access remotely. I also send many files to friends and associates. It's easy to send a link without sending large volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues... I sometimes confuse myself with access via direct linkup and using the app. But, then, I"m old... :)

Easy backup and recovery of files, using file via remote access.
Most convenient online cloud type application....

It's easy access from home, work on from my cell phone.

I have somehow created two accounts and don't know how to fix this error and not quite sure which one is on my phone with what log in...etc.

Very easy to collaborate, share and update files without unnecessary complications.

Sometimes sharing files to users without Dropbox causes confusion of theyre not familiar with the platform.

Amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is incredible for working across multiple computers, systems, and networks. I use it extensively between home and work office, as well as for personal use. Sync and storage is super fast and extremely stable. By far the best in class!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides whatsoever. It can take up a lot of storage space on a local machine if you don't use the cloud sync, but that can be set independent on each machine as per needs.

Storage, multi system sync, and collaboration with colleagues on work products
