Access across devices
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to to access files across various devices in various locations. I don't need to worry about bringing my laptop or physically tranfering my files over with a USB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage space is limited and sometimes it takes a bit of time for everything to sync up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really use it for business as I am a student. It allows me to access my materials across all my devices.

Numerous integrations, ease of access and use, excellent Web-based search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Received an email suggesting I write a review in exchange for a gift card that was not honored. Seems sketchy.

Keeping files backed up and available on the go
Dropbox allows me to amaze my friends and family!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how my folders are synced between my PC and phone. When I'm conversing with friends and family, and something comes up that happened years ago, I've been able to quickly pull up photos from the event on my phone, which always knocks their socks off!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the cost, it's a bit more than I want to spend, but the peace of mind has been worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to store and share files with others. I use the app on my mobile phone too, which is great for accessing what I need wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike hearing from people that I've shared files with that they have a problem accessing. This usually only happens when someone else doesn't already have a dropbox account or has forgotten how to sign in to their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to work collaboratively on large files from clients such as videos or powerpoint presentations that need editing. I also have used Dropbox to store audiofiles and I like how easy it is to listen to them on my mobile phone. I also use dropbox for signing agreements. I am still testing out the new dropbox capture feature. I'm excited that this could replace another tool that I am using and paying for. I use that for helping my clients see progress or for mini training videos on how to do something online.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the free space that I got early on when I invited people to join Dropbox. I have nearly 23 GB of free space and I enjoy having my files available wherever I go.

I dislike the limited number of devices I can have on the free plan.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my files from multiple locations and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It randomly deletes files and folders that I did not want to delete. Thi shas happend at least three times on my account. I have not been able to figure out why,but I have reported each incident to DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Random folder and file deletion. I don't know if DropBox is working on th eissues. I did report it.
Great Storage
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Dropbox is the albility to share documents, files, etc. It's also a convienent wait to share with other users, even across the globe! I've used Dropbox to store photos and also to work on a spreadsheet/collaborate it with people across the work. It's great to use not only online, but to download as well. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can be a little tricky occasionally. Also, it's hard to figure out whether I should go for the paid version on stick with the free. They upgraded their website recently and in my opion, they should have stuck with the tried and true other version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is great for storage - I recently ran out of storage on my computer, so it has been helpful to use as a backup. I was able to upload important documents, spreadsheets, etc. I trust that Dropbox will be a great storage option.
