Dropbox User Since 2011 - Highly Recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
In 2011, I was introduced to Dropbox by a friend who worked with me when I was working in IT. As a writer, and IT Professional, I love the security, as well as the knowledge that I have everything backed up. (Nothing worse than losing a whole revision of writing when the computer fails - not my problem anymore!) I like that I can securely share lare documents with others, and I can use dropbox across all platforms and operating systems. It's easy to implement for anyone at any tech level, and can be integrated into practically any system. Customer support has been great over the years. Dropbox has been my primary cloud solution, which I use often, for 13 years and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any cloud solution, it's best to keep physical backups, ensure that you change your password regularly, and implement a 2 step verification process. My only complaint is that changes get made to the plans quite often, which can bump the price up. Keeping up with the changes, by regularly checking on updates will help mitigate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to spend a lot of money, paying third party providers to share large documents, or collaborate with others.

Dropbox is an indispensible tool in my work / life toolbox

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for years (since it first appeared on the scene). Lot's of space to store my work files and family photos. I love the mobile app as it gives me "on-the-go" access to any material that I saved. I also use Dropbox Sign. Very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! I would not make any changes to the product. In fact, please do not let your engineers make any "improvements". Somehow they never make things easier or better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
very easy to share files with colleagues and clients

What do you like best about the product?
allows me to have a dynamic and updated network. Working as a team in different places but all united through Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that I can't think of anything in particular.
Maybe something that would be great is, to have a warning when more than one person is working on the same file simultaneously, to avoid double copies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have an updated and connected network. This allows me speed, transparency and less communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to like that I could transfer all my files between devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Nowadays with the drop of high-speed, high-capacity SSD disks it doesn't seem so important, I haven't shared or needed anything from my dropbox files for years, it is simply one more folder. I have everything backed up elsewhere anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really isn't solving any problems anymore, I used to use it to share assets for various products, but the pricing model doesn't work for me, I mean the free tier is ok, but the limit doesn't make it usefull. For work we use google drive anyways, so I use that for "free" (for me). Even as a simple user if I want to share something I just use GDrive as I have more than 10Gb of space for free plus if I need to upgrade for way more capacity the yearly price is a joke and I can easily afford it without budgeting for it.
