Always reliable and never any issues
What do you like best about the product?
Great way of backup, storing and retriving important files.

Absolutly no dislikes at all. Its great as is.

What do you like best about the product?
I started out with 2GB free storage back in 2009. I maxed out all events and referral and now I'm at 26GB-ish total free storage. It's so seamless, it just works. Using it across devices is also a breeze, just install, sign in, and you're good to go - whether you're on a Mac/Windows/iOS/Android. Collaboration with vendors are easy by just sharing a link in a publically created folder. Dropbox has been part of my day-today life for 15 years now, may it be for cloud storage/backup/syncing across devices.
It works so well that I never reached out to the customer support for help. That's how well Dropbox is made.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ussing free Dropbox has limit it to just 3 devices for syncing, which is a total bummer. I mean it does makes sense to NOT support free users so much because they average out about 2GB free storage, but as pioneer users with such big free space (26.7GB for me) . I feel it's quite a choke. But hey, I'm using this platform for free with minimal to zero problems. But from another view... I've been their longest serving guinea pig. XD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real time file syncing/cloud back up. Total ease with zero headache. This is coming from a person who max-ed out their referral benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent way to transfer large files when you don't have access to a shared cloud. It is very easy to use.

I don't have any problems using Dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Several years ago, I spilled water on my laptop, that contained very important documents. I lost so many important documents. I can't tell you. I learned the hard way to keep them off my computer and into dropbox. I am now at faithful user of Dropbox, and will never go back to just trusting my laptop.

I'm not sure I dislike anything! So far, my experience has been very positive!

It's keeping everything accessible to others on my team that work on documents we share.
Dropbox has eliminated all my file cabinets
What do you like best about the product?
What I use the Dropbox the most is to store all my personal and business related documents that are either scanned or digitally produced, thus eliminated all my file cabinets that use to store reams of paperwork and make a paperless environment possible. The fact that files stored in Dropbox can be synnced to multiple devices makes it easy to retrieve any documents I need at a touch of fingertip. Sharing files is also very easy by sharing a link, and the sharing can be protected with a password.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is slight delay in synchronize a new folder created on my computer so if I start typing the name for the new folder, it gets changed or wiped out when synchronization is completed after a few seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates a true paperless system for me, eliminate paper filing. Also the ease of sharing files/folder with others has improved client communications.
I believe that Dropbox is a very user friendly application.

I like the ability to view files on multiple devices such as on computer, my iPhone and on my iPad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the upload times for JPEG images could be faster on Wi-Fi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for collaborating files consisting of "Summons for Unlawful Detainers" which I obtain for various courthouses throughout the state of Virginia. This makes file sharing very seem less with my legal services client.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
How easy & convenient it is. It works with all my devices. Love the vault. Love the backup feature. Love the storage & price. I haven't had to really reach out to their customer service team, but that only means it has worked flawlessly. I use Dropbox frequently. It has been easy to share with my team and implement new systems around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't share my account with my family or co-workers.

Storage issues. Sharing big files. Privacy away from my systems.
