What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly with different plans suitable for all business needs

Ability to merge accounts on own if needed, seems complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it makes file storage and collaboration. It keeps everything organized in one place, and the real-time syncing ensures that everyone is always working with the most up-to-date version of a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all on the app there is not a single issue to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps solve the challenge of keeping files accessible and organized across different devices and team members. It eliminates issues with version control, makes collaboration smoother, and reduces the time spent searching for documents.

It is widely supported across many different applications in use as a media professional.

I don't like it when I try to invite a new client to DropBox. I feel like Dropbox is always trying to upsell my client before I have even gotten my task completed.

Sharing large files, collecting feedback on them. Also it allows people to easily share media with me.

Not enough price/GB category. Never used more than 50% of the space I pay for.

Easy access to data across multiple devices and regions. Helps make my operation easier.
Software To Manage All My Content & Files
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility that I have from different platforms. I can easily download content to my phone, upload it when I'm on a project. Then to have instant access on my desktop for making email campaigns and marketing, it's invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've lost some files on dropbox and never recovered them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content instantly and being able to have access to it when I am on the go... which is most of the time.

Reliable and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for years. It is super easy to use for organizing and storing files and images. I'm a photographer and I use it both to store photographs and send them to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were free! Other than that, it's great.

Storing all of my files and giving a simple way to send them to clients.

Synology integration plus everyone has a Dropbox.

The web interface could be better.audio quality of player can be bad.
