Top Notch product at reasonable cost
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox is easily manageable across my Android, PC, and Apple devices. In addition, the app is easy to use and the vault feature is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of a con of Dropbox. I've been a happy user for almost a decade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to save photos and documents securely and helps make them accessible easily on any device.
No drama with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration between Dropbox on my desktop and phone for ease of use in my business. Marketing is a breeze because I can access my professional work from my phone. I've used Dropbox for my photography business and personal use for years! Knowing I have an extra backup system for my business and personal images is a relief.
Their customer service is easy to use and always helpful, with no drama like some other companies I've tried out.
I use Dropbox daily and it is worth paying for the upgrade to the business plan for more users and storage.
If you're thinking of trying out Dropbox, do it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Dropbox. I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage space, ease of use, flexibility in sharing between devices.

Haven't encountered a specific one for my level of use. Slow uploading could be one but that may related to network issues

How I came to love Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to access my files on multiple computers. I am able to sync the files I use most to my personal computer while still having all of my files securely stored. This reduces my need for memory on my personal computer. I am also able to share files with collaborators and even view files from my phone. One of the best things is that Dropbox retains the formatting of your document. I've been using for 12-years now and recommend it to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially Dropbox did not have a good structure for multiple people working on a document at one time. This is improving, but isn't perfect yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not necessarily solving problems, but maybe because I've used for so long I wasn't having problems . . .

I like how you can control who has me access to different folders

Sometimes that access settings are hard to figure out, and sharing links

You can't email larger files, and Dropbox allows this, and allows me to keep a folder to organize projects

Clouds are essential for working on many devices and badkup up all the workload. Dropbox specificially, thanks to the network of users, also allows smoots collaborations.

I don't really dislike anything about it.

Dropbox is easy, fast and reliable to share and store my video files!
What do you like best about the product?
I do like how easy it is to upload and share video files. I relay on Dropbox to store my high res video files and share them. When I need them I can download them in a flash.

I honestly don't think there is anything I dislike.

I do not have to buy 10 different external hard drives to store my video files.

It is well known and easy for others to collaborate with, for sharing files within projects across any device.

It does not alert you to when someone has a file open, within a shared folder.

It solves the issue with isolating the main information access point. Allows anyone to access from anywhere.
