Easy to use and very secure

It is easy to use and share files and feel confident that it is secure

Not everyone accepts this platform. Some IT people are close minded

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and integration in everything we do for our business. There are a number of features that make this our go to storage on a daily use. Thankfully the ease of implementation and features means I haven't had to use customer support yet. But I'm sure the customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the storage of documents/pictures and taking up less space on the computer to make the computer run more effectively.
Useful, user friendly, can’t do without anymore.

I live that I can modify the files directly on Dropbox.

I use Dropbox for years,
Its upload all my images, I store important foles and receipts on it, and its all perfectly safe

Image uploading is misorginized - I using my samsung gallery to sort my images, but on dropbox its all flat.

I love how Dropbox streamlines collaboration with its intuitive interface and seamless cross-platform integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is its pricing structure, which can become costly for larger storage needs compared to other cloud storage options

Mostly I am using it for my documents, private and buisness

Dropbox allows me to easily share large files.

The app/web is a bit clunky, but not bad.

We deal with lots of large audio/video files, and the email IS NOT our friend when it comes to this. The ability to move and share big files quickly is a lifesaver.

That it works, and is a great way to save and share files. A great back up system and a great way to send files to and from artists and printers

I have had friends who lost a bunch of files due to Dropbox deleting some files by mistake. But I think that's a very rare occurrence
