Fast, efficient and seamless workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is its ease of use. I use it for sharing client work, storing large video files, as well as backing up my laptop. I've been using it for many years now and I couldn't recommend it more
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it pauses during long uploads overnight, and has to be re done in the morning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing me to share my footage with all my clients, both nationally and internationally. This means I don't have to spend money on shipping hard drives, and it saves a lot of time.

I liked the ease of storing files and sharing

Nothing, I liked it. It gives good storage.

It's solving the traditional file storage way and now I'm using for cloud storage

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration it provide with so many applications. Moreover I recently started loving the signature feature similar to DocuSign

The cost is on the expensive side and it doesn't provide a similar suite like google

Dropbox helps to collaborate and find items from anywhere without the dependency on mobile.

Fast cloud backup and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
The uploading and downloading is really fast, probably the fastest in the market.

Weird indexing all your uploaded data, so uploading any sensitive data may not be the best idea. (or only with encryption)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating via dropbox is easy and quick, better than a Microsoft or Google product.
Satisfied Dropbox user for 15+ years
What do you like best about the product?
i have been a dropbox subscription user since shortly after they first went online and, without exception, have been a satisfied customer. Literally not a day goes by that i don't access my dropbox in some capacity or other and its ease-of-use is, in a word, unbeatable. Despite their pricing being on the high end of the scale compared to, e.g. GDrive, Dropbox has always had a top-notch Linux-native sync client, a must-have for this Linux-only household. The very few times i have required customer support, it's been expedient and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
GDrive is significantly cheaper per gigabyte (but Google never released a Linux-native sync client).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides live backups of most of my data and easy access to it from anywhere. Anything which is not in a source code control repository somewhere is in my dropbox. If it's in neither, it's not worth saving.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast performance, reliable sync, good price, easy to use, easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to easily separate private and business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safe storage, syncing with several devices, sharing files.
Very helpful as a filmmaker.

I love how easy it is to share footage with colleagues and friends alike, it's so nice to have a space to put my clips and photos without it clogging up my email storage.

Dropbox's user interface could be more intuitive. I often struggle to find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of collaborative access to documents, images, and videos. It's a great one-stop way to get everyone on the same page.

I love the convenience of DropBox. With it, it's easy to keep my documents organized and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not careful in naming files, files can occasionally go "missing ". Important to name before saving.

Working across multiple computers and devices.

For me, the best part is being able to work on a document on two different computers, accessing it on my phone and keeping organized.
