Easy to collaborate with associates
What do you like best about the product?
I have loved being able to easily collaborate with my associates on projects with one easy drag and drop. No compressing. No zipping. Just drag and drop. Everyone can add files making my projects very easy for everyone from clients to engineers at their fingertips. Game changer. I even use it to be able to access projects on the go with the mobile app. No restrictions which is not found in other apps. I love it and do recommend it to other offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't come across any negative things about Dropbox.

One stop access for the team.
A good online storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
Large storage space. Easy to log into. Pretty straightforward windows interface. Not hard to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The default sorting feature isn't always very helpful. Sometimes the search takes a few tries to find what you really looking for. It's confusing trying to use the back button versus the link to go backwards. It's not clear which is the better way to navigate

Storing lots of client data and content. Sharing documents easily.

Practical but on the expensive side
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use Dropbox on several devices and I love that I have all my files at my fingertips. It saves time and makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little expensive and there are other alternatives available, but I still find it worth the cost. There are two functionalities I would really like to see improved: sometimes have problems using the search function in Explorer (even if the whole folder is available offline) and will then need to head to the web interface (where the search function works very well). Also, I'd love it if I could immediately save photos from my Android into Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox business as a private person to make my life simpler. The regular plan did not have enough space for my needs.
Excellent cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. It is very easy to share content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a way to integrate it with google photos on my phone

It allows me to keep handy all the photos I have taken with my camera

A lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved our company's bacon more than once. Being able to access files across multiple computers makes it easier to manage large files without having to carry around flash drives.

Sometimes, Dropbox is slow to sync files and can be bandwidth heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping access to Quickbooks files without having to convert to QB Online
Works Great For Me but.....
What do you like best about the product?
Adding and managing files across all of our devices is just so easy. It litterally set itself up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some who we colaborate with dont like that they need to pay for space to share large files with us. Defintly get resistance from Google users.

Being in Music we need to store huge video and audio files and DropBox makes it simple
Great value cloud offerings
What do you like best about the product?
It is very quick to add files and upload what I need to the Cloud. Dropbox is also very reliable and I have not seen it broken or having service issues, while trying to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sometimes had it crash when leaving large and long uploads overnight, but this is probably because I was backing up a lot of files and folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to worry less about having a copy of my audio and other files, which is very useful and gives me freedom to create and grow, knowing my files are backed up and searchable.
