Dropbox easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
Works like a normal filing system on a computer, but can have restrictions on types of access put on it.
Can be used as often as needed and have files moved in and out or copied in and out without issue. Never had to contact customer support, have never had any issues to require this. Just signed up and away we went with implementation!

File Sharing: Dropbox links can be used to share files and folders with others, without sending large attachments.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to keep up with all of your documents, pictures, videos and files and not overload your computer system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing to dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To not overload the system with documents and files

What do you like best about the product?
I have had my computer crash 3 times in the past few years, as I do a lot of intensive processing for school. Having Dropbox has made the experience much less stressful as I know I haven't lost any files even if my hardware doesn't work. Thanks Dropbox!

Dropbox is a little expensive? But worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to collaborate with classmates and keep files up to date when working on complex projects.

Cross-platform; fast uploads and downloads; automatic device backup;

Windows app tends to be buggy; web version can be slow sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
It was the first cloud storage service I ever used. It has really useful features, though are they are expensive and not ubiquitously useful if you don't use Dropbox for business, which I don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't dislike anything other than similar services exist which offer equal utility for less money. I get free Google Drive with my Gmail, and free iCloud with my AppleID. Dropbox doesn't really stand out for me, given my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. I use it for some of my cloud storage and sometimes use the scanner on the app. Otherwise I use Google drive and iCloud for less money.
Really useful for my music app
What do you like best about the product?
I use an external app, Dropsync in order to link my Dropbox with my Songbook app Opensong. It is really useful and allows me to have my music available wherever I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having a limited number of accounts available means I cannot use it on every device. That is a real struggle for me as I would like to use it everywhere.

Having my music available on multiple devices.
