Dropbox has made life easier for my clients and me
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can save and share files with Dropbox. It has made life for me and my clients so much easier. Previously my clients would have to send documents to me by email. Instead of send one email with 12 documents attached, clients would send one attachment at time. So that's 12 emails. Now the have one place to upload the documents.
I can also have to documents be converted to PDF which great. We are now using Dropbox for ever client and we are processing about 30 to 50 files daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't intergrate with my current CRM service. I still have to download the files to transfer into the CRM. I then have to unzip the file. Too many steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now can know keep client files safe with Dropbox. We won't have multiple emails. Plus the documents are being received in the format we need.
Dropbox is GREAT!!

It's so convenient when switching files from one computer to another. You can access it anywhere and it's much nicer not having to use discs and portable devices.

There is nothing I don't like about Dropbox.

Helps me move larger files without having to copy and paste or try to email.
It just works, with some annoyances
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, it will sync your files so that you can access them anywhere. It has enough space for most use cases. You can easily share files with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on web or apps is too complicated. Just finding a file that you have uploaded can be annoying, with their combination of search and folder based organization. The price is on the high side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a copy of my files in case my laptop fails

What do you like best about the product?
Good for archiving our docs. OK for archiving photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is file sharing first and not a photo archiving platform. Incorporating tags and facial recognition would make it so much better.

I absolutely love Dropbox for organizing my assets and deliverables to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, easy of use, accessibility, the fact that you can generate links, tha you can timestamp comments, and that you can turn on view-only links to disable downloads

I want to be able to send contracts and stuff but I have no idea where to find this feature and it's not intuitive

Organzing assets and keeping track of my own work + delivering it to clients

Dropbox is an easy way to share items over various platforms and devices. Downloads are quick and overall experience is easy.

I wish it had other sorting criteria for organizing files.

It allows me to use multiple devices easily and organize my virtual hard drive.
Life Saver On More Than One Occassion
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can easily transfer recordings to my clients - through a safe and secure platform - with ease of use and integration at my end and more importantly for my clients.
I have been using Dropbox for over 20 years and wouldn't be without it. I use it on all my devices, which was easy to implement, and allows ease of access whenever I want - which is frequently too!
I haven't ever needed to use Customer Support - which says a lot about how easy it is to use

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about it. I know there are many platfirms out there to transfer files but DropBox is very economical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily interact with my clients and students (when I had them), in a quick and easy formation - without being exorbatant in price.
I have access to large data storage and use it weekly when recording videos on my phone that need to be edited on the computer (my phone wan't marry up directly with the computer - so this saves me a lot of time and hassle. :-)

Dropbox is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It holds alll my files easily. It's also great for a variety of uses more than simply storage like google drive. I can use it to create custom links to my files which can be used in my Ao3 fics. Easy to upload and organize my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to navigate when you have a lot of files and your working from your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me store and create files with a transparent background. Before when I uploaded to Google drive or send through my email the background would turn white. Dropbox easily stores png files with no background and will download the same way.
Fast, Safe and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
As a radio commercial producer, voice artist and sound designer, I regularly send time-sensitive media files to clients. The service must be fast, efficient and easy for the client to use. Dropbox has been my primary go-to service for many years. I love the ability to drop files into a folder on my desktop and have them delivered to the customer without them having to install cumbersome software that makes their experience difficult.
I can't comment on the customer support aspect of Dropbox because I have never had to use it. It just works!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sync and open documents within my devices

Nothing really but since I have a Google account, I use storage more there for files, emails and photos.
