Everything works as expected. Syncing is really fast

Sharing my folders with other people is easy.
The syncing with my other devices works like a charm.

When on my PC to share my folder I have to sign onto my PC web account to get the link and the do the setup

What do you like best about the product?
I love using my Dropbox account because it allows me to have easy access to important files I need or have backed up. It works with lots of apps, either games or productivity. I have it on my PC and mobile devices. It has a easy interface and it's just the bees knees as they say
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only complaint is how much storage access I have. I have a good chunk with free but it would be nice if we got an expansion every now and then

It allows easy access from working on my phone. Saving it to Dropbox and then accessing it again on my PC.

Storage capacity is the main issue. I wish they could give out more storage on free accounts.

It crash one time last month but in 10 mins it came back to normal

I like that I can share a folder with colegues or family and allow them to drop files into it for me to use in a presentation or other project.

It would be nice if there was an easier way to connect to windows explorer.

Can improve payment options to include for longer terms say 5 years plans. This could decrease cost to loyal customers.
