Easy intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like simplicity of Dropbox, and the option to integrate into my file browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more space, I would like to see more tutorials

I love that I can create folders, and upload whole files from my laptop into them.

I'm able to free up space on my computer by storing the bulk of my files on Dropbox
Really comes in handy with sync feature
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox really comes in handy with sync feature. It supports multiple platforms including Android, Mac and Windows. That means I can sync the content of all of my 6 devices seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Dropbox has ever let me down. I'm using their password manager, and vault services are well. So far I haven't faced any issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own 6 devices and I use all of them to store some private information. Now I can work only one device at a time but the content needs to synced across them as I maybe using a different device different time.
Great service for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
Easily to use and access, making organization of documents simple and shareable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can sometimes be a little too much for some services.

Making easier to have a family unison.
I find Dropbox to be super easy and allows me to store, share, and receive files from anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send and recive large files from anywhere I need. As a filmmaker sometime I need to send files or even recieve files from an editor or cinematographer. Drop Box allows me to do this with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to search for specific files fast. Sometimes it takes me a long time to find a particular file I am seeking when I have multiple files to search through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to recieve large files that I can't recieve via email.
Still the best and most reliable storage sass out there

It seems to work almost seamlessly, even beating out Google drive for my use case

There were instances where I experienced sync issues and the entire content of my Dropbox had to re-sync with the computer

It's great for sharing files, makes it easy with one click, shareable with my clients. But the file request is the one I value the most. I request files from clients all the time, and with a link, they can just drag and drop their files in

It is reliable, and has good functionality. It is also easy to sync across devices, including both Apple and Android

I wish there was a way to share large volume items with non Dropbox users

When I share files with clients, if their Dropbox is full, they can't view the files.
Also sometimes they can't access folders when I send them, even when they have edit access.
Uploading files to Dropbox, I also get complaints from clients so I have them email me the files.

Dropbox is Better than Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i have 2tb of storage which is great. I also like how when sharing files it doesn't ask clients to log in, verify thier acount or I need to give them permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Things are going up but work is going down. Give loyal customers some discounts?

Sharing and downloading files is super easy for clients who are not tech savvy.

Easy and capable way to store files in the cloud. Organization is intuitive and sharing to others or between devices is easy and simple.

With all documents in one location it may be difficult to reobtain.
