Super User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is user friendly, has a great modern aesthetic, and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to autogenerate documents through our company's portal via HelloSign. This added an incredible amount of capacity for our team. Huge time saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is great! I prefer it over Docusign.

Great platform. Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is easy to use. The platform is streamlined and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documents can get lost or hard to keep track of. I would like to see a little better organization but maybe that is my own issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign has been my weekly go to for getting leagl documents to and from clients
HelloSign is a very useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and easy to use. Quick and reliable. Much easier to use than Adobe Sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't so much a dislike as it is a suggestion. There are features of Adobe Sign that I would like to see implemented into HelloSign, particularly some of the mathematical functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep discovering new uses of HelloSign. For example, this past month I used HelloSign for students to acknowledge having read course syllabi. Instead of having to bug students to do this, I got a 100% response via HelloSign.
Millennials Don't Have Printers - Invest in HelloSign!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a printer. I will NEVER have a printer. So to have HelloSign to save on cost, paper, etc. is a HUGE deal, and it's easy to use! I couldn't imagine using another option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single thing missing from this product. Everything works properly and HelloSign is great at prompting my own user errors, ha! I'd love to have more reason to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows me to send contracts to clients quickly and easily, saving both sides time, energy and money - that's a BIG deal for a solopreneur! My clients love the electronic option as well.

If you are considering HelloSign, also consider the many ways you can use it. I primarily use it for business contracts, but there could be so many ways to use the product!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is so simple to use and has really friendly e-mails to my customers waiting for docs to be signed
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can run a little but slowly. I also think the template system should give you sample word docs to fill out instead of my using my own word doc

Quick document signatures. Instead of using docusign which is kinda scary looking, hellosign is easy to use and looks less like a scam

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign saves me time. It is so easy to use, and allows me to use my time more efficiently. My clients enjoy the ease of signing documents online. I'm very pleased I purchased a subscription to HelloSign
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little expensive, but I'm able to justify the expense because of the time it saves me. I no longer have to go back-and-forth with clients and arrange for a time for them to come & agreements in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to save time and be more efficient. I don't have to send hardcopies of agreements through the mail. I can follow up after consultations much more quickly by sending an agreement through HelloSign to my clients.

If you find yourself using HelloSign more than a couple times a month, go ahead and buy the subscription

Could be a little more intuitive for finding documents for specific people and resending them out

We primarily use it to send out right to represent forms, NDAs, and contacts in staffing. Works well for that.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and affordable. I also love that I can upload templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are clunky and difficult to use. I also have not seen a capability of placing a link in an email to a HelloSign document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly and easily send contracts to my clients.
Seamless solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's cost effective, and seamless for getting contracts signed, and I love that then I have my contracts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints--I just wish everyone would accept it so that I wouldn't have to switch it up for some companies!
