Does the job, but not my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
Hello sign has an intuitive UI that walks you through the steps easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres a little of little point and click issues i have when setting up documents to send out. You place a text box and it disappears, it wants to be placed slightly to the left of that spot or right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issue with the way you edit documents, instead of amendments to them you must create a new document

I send out contracts to clients daily
Transformational when I started using Hello Sign to sign contracts with my remote customer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to initiate my contract signatures out of my dropbox, complete package in a ZIP file for when I need it, Send it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much as Hello Sign that I dislike but that Dropbox is phasing out the app for a Mac so now I have to make and extra step of logging into Dropbox online instead of sending from dropbox in finder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have all the necessary paperwork complete so when I meet my customer to deliver my products, they are not rushed to sign; instead, we can focus on the in-person customer experience.

Super easy to use, intuitive, and easy for signers!

No dislikes, really great tool for companies especially sharing documents outside

People in different locations signing things. Quick and easy signatures/approvals.

HelloSign is going to streamline some of our current processes when it comes to authorizing/approving documents that need multiple people to sign off.

Unlimited envelope sends compared to DocuSign and an easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allowing more templates would be great, as a "PLEASE SIGN" similar to DocuSign on emails so that the other party knows that they have to sign off on it (we've had issues with users not being able to tell

We use it to send out investment documents during our fundraise, contracting documents to our customers, and letters of intent to potential users.

It's cheaper than DocuSign and just as easy to use.

The ease of use is right up there with the best contract tools. Also a big fan of the audit trail.

Honestly, not much to speak of, it gets the job done.

We are solving the problem of a simple and secure way to digitally pass and sign contracts with customers.

Sort of clunky. The instructions for who signs what and where could be better
