A powerful tool that has become intrusive and annoying.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day. I have a grandfathered account with a lot of free storage from referrals. It integrates well with windows syncing has never failed. It's easy to install and get started with and for the most part, it's invisible...at least, it would be if dropbox knew what was good for them. I have no idea about their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant nag screens and only being allowed to link three devices, which larger defeats the utility. Dropbox has decided that they have a level of privilege in my life that I simply don't agree with. Shut up and let me use the app. Get out of my.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easy storage solution that let's me avoid using google products.
The best tool for organizing and syncing files
What do you like best about the product?
I can access files stored in dropbox anywhere. I can login on my phone, my computer, or even someone else's computer. I also love the photo uploads, which has been a great way to keep and store photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, I don't like about it. It's the best tool invented for storing, syncing, and sharing files.

This is a very easy way to share large files.

For me sharing my work with others is the best part. It is very easy to use and since most everyone I know also has drop box sharing is seemless.

I really have not has any issues. It is very easy o use and feel comfortable.

Working with others on our p[rojects. I work with people in other countries and it is easy to exchange our files.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was one of the first widespread cloud storage options and it is still wildly popular. I am a freelancer who moves files around a lot and Dropbox is the name that comes from most people when we start discussing cloud file-sharing options. I can't really do business without it.
That said, it just works. I do pay for a larger amount of storage to accommodate clients. We can easily share files, which is a great thing.
I haven't really used the new advanced features in Dropbox, so I can't really speak about them.
Bottom line, it is the de facto standard and works when you need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free option of Dropbox has much less space than other, newer players in the cloud storage space and the larger storage spaces seem a bit overpriced (or at least not as good of a value) when compared to others. I wasn't able to maintain my free status and do the business I wanted, but that is kinda the point for them, I suppose.
Because my clients use Dropbox I can't be without it while other options, as I said earlier, are a better value.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox creates a stable, well-known platform for file sharing/collaboration. Since it has been the go-to name in cloud storage it enables me to work with my clients when it is the platform they choose.
Easy to use - Easy to Share
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy - I can share, save backups and with the app I can pull up files with a few easy taps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues that make me dislike Dropbox.

Quickly and easily sharing files, updates are automatically saved and we can work efficently.
SEAMLESS and EASY file Sharing and Transfer
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to get colleages and other attorneys the files and info they need when we are working on a case. Housing documents in one place as we sahre and update information - in a secure environment. My office never used cloud-based storage, and I got them to permit me to get it and work mre efficiently than burning CD's or worse, mailing reams of paper documents costing a fortune. I have saved our firm over $200/month utilizing DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receivers of links to shared files seem confused. I am not familiar with what it looks like as a receiver, but maybe a GUI interface that is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost reduction and time-delay when using USPS to deliver documents, now we can do it in moments and transfer GIGS of data, email can't keep up. and postage is a thing of the past.
Productivity has increased and costs is down at least $200/month, just in postage, let's not even discuss paper and my time.

Seamless, perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I love having an online drive that can be easily accessible just by connecting to the internet. Not only that, but having shareable folders so that my team can work collaboratively makes for a most efficient pipeline and process within our business. Easy to install, easy to integrate and great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. We use it to store and share files among our team members and the product is as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many problems at all...
It is an easy platform for saving my photos.

My photo quality stays really good and it's an easy place to keep everything together.

The order of my files gets messed up easily and it doesn't make sense why the order becomes what it does.

Great Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Dropbox is not only a website but it's an app that you can download and be able to transfer content (be it photos, documents, or applications) from your phone to the cloud and be able to access it on the desktop version as well.
In addition to that, I love the fact that I can share documents with anyone, via email or link, and you can password protect the document, allow the person to read only, or allow them to edit the document.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the storage is a bit low (for free accounts). Another thing I don't like is, if you share a document with something and they are only allowed to read it, there is still an option for the person to download the document. I think that defeats the purpose because they can still print and edit if they want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my storage issues and it benefits me greatly because I have the cloud on my desktop, phone, and the website version.
