Easily Utilized with Minimal Knowhow!
What do you like best about the product?
As a federal employee, I have lots of things voting back-and-forth between my work email and my personal email. Dropbox makes keeping everything straight and organized as cinch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to run out of space if you also use it for work purposes.

Cloud collaboration

It helps me to store files and be able to access them any time and internet connection is not needed in doing so
Super convenient and easy to use

It's easy to organize, drag and drop, and search for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing when sharing folders, if the owner of the folder has loads of space, but the shared user doesn't, then it hinders the ease of sharing.

Needing to share large files quickly, easily, and securely.

totally automated. Once setup it backs up all my photos, files etc with ease automagically

Occasionally it freezes and I have to restart it.

Great Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to share links and drop in comments.

Moving files from folders to different folders can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very inuitive tool and simple to share with collaborators. I also love that I can backup my computer on it.
Integration into native architecture
What do you like best about the product?
I very much appreciate that Dropbox can integrate into my MAC's architecture. File Manager has a place for it in Favorites. File Manager can save to the drive. I can keep the files online, have an active copy on my hard drive, work with it in the cloud, and confident that it is saved acrossed all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stick with Dropbox despite the cost because it integrates so well into all that I do.

I haven't had any problems with Dropbox

most affordable option to get a 2TB of storage versus icloud or google drive

it takes a long time to load videos sometime to play

backing up large files that do not fit on a hard drive
Easy to use, install and coordinate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox for our work files. Some of the files range from a few kilobytes to 20 gb. its easy and quick to coordinate specific files with out other partners as well sharing a dropbox link without proving access to the entire database. Installing and Integrating the platform is easy the first time for our new employees. Since out entire database is on Dropbox we use it on a daily basis. Whenever we're running out of computer memory we are able to save some of the older files in the online only mode. Accidentally deleted files by new users are easily recovered. Customer support is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the 20gb files that have 1000's of sub parts. sometimes cause our co-workers computers to hang up while syncing. Perhaps whenever such a file is saved/worked on, maybe the person working on the file could be asked if they want to sync with coworker computers or keep it as an 'online only' file for them
