Best File System for Clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive dropbox is to use. With minimal effort you can easily share large files, completely uncompressed. i use this after every shoot to send the unedited JPEGs for my clients to make their selections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many issues, I've been a happy customer for years!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do you handle hundreds of photo and video files that are quite large.
a useable service
What do you like best about the product?
it's convenient, free and usually easy to find the download button. we use it when customers share their files, but really don't publish to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes hard to find where the download link is based on the person sharing multiple items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
site redsign tends to make finding options difficult occasionally, "Download" should be more prominent with shared folders. Never had to use customer support really.
Dropbox has ALWAYS made it easy for me!
What do you like best about the product?
I own a fully furnished executive corporate rental company. I use dropbox to store all of the individual photos and videos for each condo, before move in and for move out inspections. Dropbox makes it super EASY for me in sharing these videos and pictures with links for our clients, and between our Team. I have been using dropbox longer than I can rmemeber... almost 10 years?! Dropbox is my go-to. Thank you TEAM DropBox!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really have not been any dislikes. Of course, we are always grate to pay a cheaper rate. However, we do find value in what we pay and we are thankful for DropBox making it easy for us in storage and sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to stroe all of my files and share easily. I am tired of these large photos/videos taking up all of the space on my computer. Hence, whi I chose to start using Dropbox MANY years ago!

Dropbox is simple to use and makes sharing large files easy!

Sometimes it can be confusing for a new user without the app

It allows me to share large and multiple files in one easy location
Sometimes things can be wonky, but Dropbox is easy to use.

Being able to drag things from your desktop to your dropbox folder

Anyone with a link can delete things. Also sometimes when I drag things into dropbox, it places different files into different folders, instead of keeping them all together

It's has been a reliable storage for me for many years. I've never had any issues. It's been easy to integrate into my PC files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plans are a bit expensive, and I feel like the online components of dropbox (like editing a word doc in the dropbox interface) are sluggish.

I need more storage than google drive will allow.
Perfect for storing and sharing high-resolution sports photos
What do you like best about the product?
My kids play team sports and I'm regularly taking pictures of them and their friends. Dropbox helps me to store and share the photos I take with friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really come to mind. It's been a nice thing to have these past couple of years.

I also use it to share work files with another editor who lives across the country; very convenient.
Dropbox Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great in our business. We are able to quickly share and collaborate on projects without having to leave our offices. We use it to track many things include Purchase Orders, Billing, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel as though it can be a bit clunky at times. Some programs, such as Google, are so smooth and user friendly which spoils us at times. I do think Dropbox could follow suit and be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to perform tasks without having to leave our offices. This allows us to remian more productive instead of having to take breaks in our work to meet up.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to upload photos and files, and share them with clients. I've shared documents and photos for the most part, and it makes it simple for clients to view everything I've uploaded. Love how easy the Dropbox site is to navigate as well, and the phone app is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything about Dropbox that I dislike, if I'm being honest!

A Solid and Trustworthy Cloud Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox on a daily basis to share photographs and videos with my clients. It's easy to use, and extremely reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would add a 1 TB annual plan.
