Good platform for file storage and retrieving

I love the ease of being able to upload my video edits to Dropbox and have my clients download the full quality video for themselves

It's not as affordable as other file sharing apps

Great tool for business and personal uses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox because of how easy it is to upload and share documents. It has a number of helpful integrations that make it even easier to make as a standard tool for sharing documents, photos, etc. with other parties. Historically, I've used it extensively for work and personal uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has recently switched to Microsoft OneDrive, so it's not as convenient to use as part of my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share large documents and media files with others so easily. I've used Dropbox both for work and personal uses.

Love the piece of mind that I get from my data being synced up in multiple places.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app could do with a bit of work. Google photos can spot faces & categorise photos into folders, would be great if Dropbox could lean into this.

Collaboration becomes much easier
I use my Dropbox plan for everything.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access all of my most important files easily and securely from any device. I also love the integration with Microsoft Office, and the features they offer with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process can be cumbersome. So many times when you're first setting it up, even if you say to only sync select folders, it will commonly try to sync everything. But after the initial setup, I don't have that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily have my videos reviewed by clients without uploading my original files elsewhere.
DropBox does it for me
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DropBox is a standalone product not associated with a hosting product.
I've started using the app more recently and have found that it is easy to use from my phone.
The off-line usage feature is also nice, especially when traveling as I don't eat through my limited overseas data so quickly.

Changing the file names is difficult in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessible storage, especially for photos.
Dependable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact I can store so many files on Dropbox and know that they'll always be available. Leaves a lot of space on my machine's SSD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI can be a bit confusing at times, especially when I'm trying to navigate through a folder or directory that has multiple sub-folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's freeing up so spave on my machine, which is a huge help knowing that I don't have to worry about managing storage locally.
Easy and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me maintain my files and share them with my clients very easily. We can comment on each file, in fact we can create a link to a specific file or an entire folder. It has a lot of other features so I have been using it for many years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't felt any negatives so far with the way I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Dropbox to store my files and share them with my clients.
