Good but always freezes
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is easy to use, has an easy and seamless interface, sends out seamless auto-generated emails with obvious hyperlinks, and generally requires no training to be able to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issues with HelloSign are that the platform consistently freezes and or has degraded performance. We have had numerous customer complaints and issues because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign as a built in tool on our SaaS platform to allow customers to sign their legal documents directly in app. We also use it for miscellaneous document signing needs.

HelloSign is awesome!! Makes everything quick and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds me what documents havent been signed which is really helpful when we have a lot of things being sent out. I also love the templates - makes it quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I think it makes everything simple and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all signed documents in one and easy place. And sending out multiple documents to candidates at once!

HelloSign is intuitive and easy to use. Works well for our team.

Occasionally emails will get caught in receivers' spam folders, or never be sent.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it easy to get signatures on documents. Templates are easy to set up, and there are no limits to the number of documents you can send or have signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
API access costs extra. API access seems like an easy feature to give access to as a value add. Most companies won't use it, but nickel and diming your long-time, growing customers doesn't make a lot of sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send employment contracts and service agreements with HelloSign. Templates are easy to create and use for repetitive employment and 1099 contracts while setting up new documents for one-off signatures makes it easy for our sales. team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of e-sign tools out there. HelloSign is simple and does exactly what you need it to do if you're simply looking for signatures on the page. Setup is easy, templates are easy to create and use, and the cost is significantly less than some other competitors. Definitely worth taking a look at if you're looking for e-sign software.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HelloSign for years, and it is the best user-friendly electronic signature platform you will ever use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has recently changed its editing/duplicating features, but it just takes getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There has been no problems ever with HelloSign. The benefits are the users never reach out to me about procedures and issues since all has been successful.

I able to solve my issue of being able to get legal documents by authorized parties in a timely manner. I am more productive but business growth doesn't rely on this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of filling out docs and sending them to clients. It is also easy to go into the docs and sign. The reminders function also makes the process easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything works well and is very easy to operate for the agent and client. I highly recommend this app and the HelloFax app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily sign documents and download them into pdfs. I can also send e-sign docs to clients easily and quickly. I can also remind them to sign by just a click of a button!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Hello Sign and how easy it is for anyone to use it despite having a Hello Sign account. This has been extremely helpful, especially during the pandemic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly nothing that I dislike about Hello Sign.

We have not experienced any issues with the program.

You can upload your actual signature and it looks more like a real "pen" signature compared to some other tools.
Very easy to use and navigate without any assistance. Click, drag and drop.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like I mentioned in the title it is very basic so you have some limitations. For example you cannot alter the date format to another one (ex: MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY).
Tool is basic and has limited functions.
You cannot create a doc and set it to submit at a certain time, for example if you wanted to send 5 seperate documents together. You have to send one by one.

Signing documents quickly and making it look like actual signatures. Some orgnanizations, banks, government agencies still asking for real signatures or ones that look real so that helps.
