So Dropbox is kind of hard to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all my digitals in one place. And all the groups I'm in on Facebook use it. So I use it multiple times a week. I haven't used the customer support portion of it at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ability to download doesn't work correctly for me.,so it will say file doesn't exist for some of the things. I don't think it's very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it for business, just personal use

Dropbox is a good cloud based platform for storing files accessible from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
My transition to using it with a new email address did not go well. It at first required a paid account, which did not resolve my problems. A concise overview of how Dropbox is configured is not apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, it created problems
Amazing method to store and share files online with good synchronization across various devices
What do you like best about the product?
1. Documents, pictures and presentations can be stored in Dropbox.
2. One can safely backup your files online and share with others
3. many persons can work on the same MS office files [but let the other user save it first otherwise it will create a separate version of file]
4. it may be used on smartphones
5. good size of storage space for free users
6. simple and free of cost download, easy implementation and integration with good customer support

What do you dislike about the product?
1. There must be a feature which allow multiple users sitting at distinct location to work on the same file without creating separate version of office files.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i get notification when the other user saves the new version of file. Through Dropbox, I have a good control over the monitoring of hourly based work performances of the persons who are working on the shared document, so you are getting live updates and previous versions of the file is also available.
Very seamless and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to store and share photos with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that has been negative for me.

Getting photos to client without outrageous fees and pay walls.
Excellent backup for pictures and more
What do you like best about the product?
I've gone through several computers over the years and transferred files to each one but somewhere throughout this process, a bunch of photos were lost. I was devastated. I'd used the auto merge feature on the new computer so I had no idea what happened to YEARS of pictures.
I was SO relieved that I logged into Dropbox one day looking for a specific file and found that all of the pictures that I'd collected over the years were actually saved in Dropbox. This was an amazing find. SO relieved.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that I find any drawbacks from using dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with files that I had assumed had been lost. Keeping large #'s of pictures and videos.

What do you like best about the product?
I can connect to all of my files on all of my devices securely and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more expensive than other storage services. I can't see an image of what is in the file.

Allowing me access to my files from my tablet and iPhone, as well as, from my desktop computers and laptop computers.
Great for filing and delivering videos to clients
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients have access to Dropbox, so it's a no brainer for me. I have been using since 2018 to share video files between my clients and myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resolution quality when watching the videos online could be higher, all the videos get downloaded anyways so its not a big issue.

Being able to transfer video files with my clients
A Quick Way to Share Useful Documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly share a large archive of documents quickly so students can work through materials at their own pace. I also find it very useful for backing up materials and quickly accessing my documents from a new device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sometimes frustrated when Dropbox has to compete with other applications for space on my screen. It would be better if Dropbox was always part of the default hierachy from the open or save menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to share large folders full of documents and want the user to be able to access the documents of their choice at their convenience. Dropbox makes this easy
App UX make this prouct really beneficial
What do you like best about the product?
when I do not have access to a laptop/desktop, the UX via the app is still best in class

I wish it had more storage (not for pay)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use drop box via the iphone app. Because while traveling, it makes it exceptionally easy to share files with other people
