Easy to use, expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Easy to use within web browser or an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I spend $12.99 per month. I could have purchased a few hard drives to keep at home for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have photos and video that I wanted to store in the cloud so I won't lose them in a fire or flood.
Great for large files
What do you like best about the product?
It solves our issue with sharing large files outside of our agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't easily integrate into our other systems, so it feels like an extra step of reuploading update versions of documents rather than auto-saving.

outlook having size limits on files
Still the best collaboration file system around
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync my laptop and workstation in realtime regardless of location (although it will be much faster with LAN sync). Additional plus is the ability to revert accidental file changes up to 30 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have more than 3TB space with a single user account (my use case is exactly that)

What do you like best about the product?
I love knowing that my files are safe in dropbox and I can access them anywhere. Customer Service Reps are great!

Confusing to find files for my projects at times.

They are not helping me with any issues at this time.

The price is cleary cheap compare to other cloud storage providers like google drive, icloud and onedrive

there are 3 things i dislike
1. starter storage subscripton is 3TB but many users and also me (nowadays) does'nt need that much of storage. having a plan of 1TB would be very helpfull
2.Limited Offline Access on Free Plan which is very annoning to use and check if the person is using to check the quaity of dropbox
3.Storage Space Can Fill Up Quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
here are the three benifites from dropbox
1.Collaboration Made Easy: it is very easy to work with friends and collegues by sharing data without any error and the best part i like in this category is comenting system as it is helpfull discussing specific parts of a document.
2.Reliable File Syncing: Dropbox's file syncing is fast and reliable. I never have to worry about whether my files are up to date across different devices. It's a real time-saver for me, who is constantly use different devices.
3.Version History: The version history feature has saved me more than once. Being able to revert to a previous version of a document is a lifesaver for a software engineer like me.

Consistent, Fast, Reliable - it just works!
What do you like best about the product?
File sync'ing and remote storage done right. Everything just works. No lags, crashes, missing files, etc. You can just put files there and know that it will be safely kept. Features that are just reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some old features were phased out such as the designation of certain folders as Backup folders and the unlimited file history function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping files in sync when multiple team members are working on the same file. Concurrency resolution still the best in market.

Can easily view on web and male offline available without downloading all in same folder

Sometimes micro soft word files doesn't open amd have to restar pc

Wish more people used it over WeTransfer

Very little storage until you pay, then limited as well.

Best platform for file sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, stable file sharing platform. Interface is very simple, and even with free plan you get a lot of space.

Additional storage is a bit on the expensive side comparing to the other file sharing platforms

I needed stable and safe cloud storage platform, exactly what I got with Dropbox.
