Dropbox is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It feels good to be able to save and use the files you need from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that I can no longer see my previously deleted files. But that's just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to store important files. It also uses a lot of scanning and storing of paper documents.

Dropbox is great for sharing files once you have them organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing files in dropbox is an antiquated system that needs to be updated. It was very clumsy and not very intuitive. I have been complaining for more than five years that photo uploads from my Photos app on my iPhone are not uploaded in the album that I put them in. As a result, I have 5000 or more JPEG files in one big folder instead of the folders, in which I have organized them on my Mac and iPhone

It is good for sharing files in the cloud

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can integrate Dropbox across my phone and computer and also access my files through a web browser on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that I have uploaded all my documents, they increase the price every year. It is difficult to have to move all my data to another system, so they capitalize on that to continually raise the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be useful for collaborative projects, so that all members of the team can view the items.
Effectively, it frees up disk space on my MacBook Pro and makes everything faster.

The "makeon-line only" option is perfect for my needs

It makes it very easy to upload & share the classes I teach. Dropbox has made running my virtual business so much easier

I love the integration of Dropbox with my hard drive and across devices. It's easy to upload photos from my phone, download documents to other apps, and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish it was a bit more clear how to smartly sync or keep some items web-only (not kept also on my hard drive).

What do you like best about the product?
The accessiblity and ease to use. I like that I can access on my laptop and phone.

Some of the new upgrades. I notice when I log in, it takes me to a folder that I don't use typically and I have to back out, which can be annoying.

I am able to sort and store all my files and images.
Great cloud storage for your files with many features
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Dropbox is its reliability. I've never had an issue with lost files or system crashes, which gives me peace of mind when storing essential documents. The syncing feature is also speedy, making it super easy to keep all my devices up to date with the latest versions of my files. The interface is intuitive, and the sharing options are super flexible; the ease of implementation and customer support are great. I also like that I can access my files from any device, which has been a huge help when working remotely or on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage limitations on Dropbox can be frustrating, especially when I have many files to manage. It would be helpful if there were more flexibility in terms of storage capacity without having to upgrade to a higher-paid plan. Additionally, sometimes the sync process can be slow, which is inconvenient when I need immediate access to my files across devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Dropbox for a while now, which has completely solved my problem of constantly emailing myself files or carrying around USB drives. With Dropbox, I can easily access all my important documents and photos from any device, which has been a massive benefit for me as someone who is always on the go. Plus, the ability to collaborate with others on shared folders has made group projects and work collaborations so much easier and more efficient.
