A safe, reliable cloud-based storage for business AND personal use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can edit and access files easily from multiple devices simultaneously. It makes it easy and reliable to use for personal and for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that I cannot have unlimited storage for free :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is making me more productive by being able to access important files anywhere and pick-up exactly where I left off with editing them.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Dropbox application for quite a long time, even before many similar services were operating and it has helped me quite a bit in terms of storing various kinds of files and how to use it is quite easy and doesn't require the latest hardware specifications. Even though currently there are many similar services, I still faithfully use the Dropbox Inj application. Always success for the Dropbox engineering team. Dropbox you're ROCK!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I have not experienced any significant problems, so far so good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need physical external storage space because Dropbox can replace it well
Super handy to have everything available everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I just use it for file storage, but it's super handy with automatic image uploading from the phone so I never loose my pictures. And that I have all my files available on all my laptops, even on linux. It's also easy to log into another pc if I need some of my files. No problem at all to choose who has access to what with shared folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems iphone users are having problem using it, I have used it on iphone multiple times without problem, but if I suggest a shared album after a trip the android people often seem more positive.

Cloud storage, sharing files, automatic foto upload
It is reliable storage you can share with multiple computers or mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
It is free up to 2 GB and convenient and is easy to install. Never needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately lately Dropbox decreased number of devices it can be shared and did not encrease the storage size. But modern standards it is kind of low.

It creates sharable storage conected to multiple sources. Perfect for using to store some files that you need to have access from different computers

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox shareing is very simple. Knowing what I sync up to my Dropbox will be there within seconds or minutes is reassuring and helpful for my small business. The storage size is very decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think anyone likes price increases; the price has gone up slightly but is tolerable. As long as it doesn't go up too much I'll keep using Dropbox. Lastly, I'm not keen on AI integration; I don't know if I'll be using that.

Sharing files larger than gmail will allow.

As a freelance bookeeper, DropBox allows me to keep all my clients files in "one" place that I can access ANYWHERE, and give them access to just their folders as well.

No downsides that I've found in 5+ years of use.

Dropbox solves the problem of accessing client files from anywhere.
Retain flexibility without being "organized" by Apple, Google or Microsoft

DropBox offers 2 critical advantages:
1. We control how we organize our data not the main platforms. I grew up in a Windows environment and we have a strong sense of how and where we wan to our data

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox occassional changes the interface in ways that may sometimes confuse long term users. For example, it used to be incredibly simple to hav ethe same files in multiple folders without actually creating extra copies. That feature is now more cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to be as paperless as possible
