Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I've never had an issue with security or file loss and use it often. It's easy to implement and integrate with great customer support - though I've not needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately on the basic plans you can only attach so many devices and I work across a lot of computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to effectively use files across multiple computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for all my needs. Being able to access my files on the fly is why I'm happy. I travel and have everything as if I were at my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. I still just easy.

Reliable and Consistent Storage for Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox both integrates with Finder on a Mac OSX, but is also shareable via a browser. It's easy to use, and allows me to offload the physical storage of documents and files into the "online only" mode to save space on my personal or work computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I am unsure of or don't like is that I get notices that I'm short on storage when I know for a fact there is no way I am using the full storage amount. I feel it's a bit deceptive to get to you a higher-cost plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File storage, organization, ease of use with Mac OSX

Regular automatic uploads settings help without needing reminders

My one negative comment on my experience with Dropbox is the annual fee change for the same storage service that has been in place for some time.

Sharing data with my colleagues and collaborators in no time. Everyone is already a user, no need to explain to them that it is a safe and trustworthy platform.

Dropbox helps us send clients large volumes of photos with ease.
Secure and reliable cloud storage interface
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is inconspicuous and doesn't require additional steps to access or save files in Windows. It's just folders that are cloud-linked. I use dropbox across all my devices and I have never had a document save the wrong version in Dropbox, which makes a difference. I always know whether I am auto-saving or whether I need to manually save documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dropbox website is a bit clunky and hard to navigate to find files I need. I hardly ever use it, but when I do, it is less confidence-inspiring than the folders saved on my computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of multiple work locations. I also use google drive, but I don't feel it is as easy to navigate folders and I like the more rigid file folder structure of Dropbox.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to work and sync my files across multiple devices. The ability for clients to review and leave feedback without leaving Dropbox is super useful and easy to explain for them to use.

The interface could use a refresher I guess but not a deal breaker

Dropbox is solving the process of uploading large files that I share with my clients and allow them to leave reviews and feedback easily.
