What do you like best about the product?
The usability are quite useful. And it's perfect for business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage for free member and also the slow-paced the app gave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing important files and sharing with business worker

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share a file via URL link. My company uses Dropbox as a shared folder for all of our files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Dropbox used the same functionality as Google so you can view who is editing a file in real-time. I also wish I was able to access more than one Dropbox on the desktop version. I use Dropbox for professional needs and personal needs and it stinks that I have to choose which one will be accessible via desktop. I now use iCloud for my personal files instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me and my team to share files and access them on and offline from any device. We all work remotely, so this super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that my everything from my important papers to my treasured family photos are saved and easily shared
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to keep files organized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always knowing which "version" of a draft document is the current one and avoiding having people work on old, obsolete drafts.
Makes moving files to other devices very very easy (automatic)

I USE DROPBOX SEVERASL TIMES A DAY MOVING FIKLESFROM ONE DEVICE TO ANOTHER. WITHOUT THIS SERVICE MY LIFE WOULD BE ALOT MORE DIFFICULT

I CANNOT THINK OF ANY DISLIKES FOR DROOPBOX, IT'S A GREAT SERVICE

Keeping files current an up to date

The ease of syncing with my desktop as well as using API backends to store backups from websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
No data given on storage usage by directory/folder. That would be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used for years and it has continued to be more reliable. While I use it for certain local files to be stored offline, my primary usage is storing backups from client's websites. The API integration was seamless from my website backup plugins.
I have used DB for several years ... never had an issue.
What do you like best about the product?
It is always available. It was easy to setup and has been easy to maintain. I use my dropbox account everyday.

I have no downsides it has always worked!

I do not have to keep USB stick to share infor from site to site or with other clients or family memebers
A great backup service
What do you like best about the product?
How fast it syncs. The ability to seamlessly backup 200gb of files quickly in the background is agamechanger.

I think that its pricing is a bit limiting

Backups off site, mainly.

Easy sharing of files, large storage. Having a secure signing option included is helpful too

Sometimes sharing can be a bit complex, file organising and renaming could also be easier

Actually decently affordable for the space
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a time where stuff is so expensive, Dropbox has made stuff pretty affordable when it comes to keeping space open and hopefully they keep it that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
While pricing is decently affordable, as with almost everything nowadays, I do wish it was a little cheaper. I will say however, that the current plan is where I am okay being at.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the app or web page on any device I have. I have been using Dropbox for a decade, and I love to have my documents, especially my photos, backed up and ready to view whenever needed. I use the web portal more than the apps on my devices since I find it easier to look up files and pictures there. I have not needed to contact customer support yet since I have not had any issues. The apps are easy to install and find on most app stores for any device which is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The camera backup of photos on iOS devices works differently than on Android devices, and sometimes I needed to open the app for the photos to backup on my iPhone instead of them uploading automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share documents to whomever, on the go.
