I like how it links to everything. and how easy it is to use.

how long pictures take to load as I am trying to find one from the past.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox's storage limitations on free plans can be restrictive, prompting users to upgrade for more space. The upload/download speeds may vary, affecting large file transfers. Limited offline access to files on mobile devices can be inconvenient. While security is robust, some users may find the pricing structure less competitive compared to alternative cloud storage services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox addresses the challenge of seamless file access and collaboration across devices, resolving the inconvenience of disparate storage. Its synchronization capability ensures my documents are consistently up-to-date, promoting efficient teamwork. The platform's focus on user-friendly sharing and robust security mitigates data loss concerns, providing a reliable and streamlined cloud storage solution.
A great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integation of Dropbox to our system. We processed thousands of images each month. This is where we recommend to use with our clients in photography business. We are acting like a team by using them sending and receiving files. Overall over the years, with functionality and ease of use added is going to be more effecient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit heavier or slower sometimes. Sharing and viewing could be more easier. With Plus account it has changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with large volume of images. It helps me solve some issues with large files.
A Mature Company With A Quality Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is a mature company that is clear about the product they provide. A major benefit of that maturity is simple integration on any computer and with several third-party apps. I primarily use Dropbox for accessing my writing across multiple devices. Because data storage and security is the core of what Dropbox does, I have more faith entrusting my documents to them than I would with a cloud-based writing app, who would care about data security, but may be more focused on rolling out new writing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the number of times Dropbox keeps asking me to try Dropbox Dash. I don't particularly like AI, I don't want to integrate it with my Dropbox account, so I wish they would stop pushing it so hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves accessing files across multiple devices for programs and apps that are not natively cloud-based.

It always works so well. No glitches, no issues.

There's nothing at all that I don't like about it - truly.

It syncs all my files to all my devices and works without any problems, every time.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is how organized I am able to keep everything in seperate folders. It is user friendly and I use it so often for both my personal and business needs.

Nothing it's fantastic! I have not had any issues with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Great system to share documents with coworkers that aren't in the same area or region as you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, really just more payment options for each package offered.

Not being able to share the G Drive with outside vendors.
The original storage solution and still the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox excels in its simplicty, ease of implementation, reliability and seamless integration on all my apples devices. You have all the features you need without changes for change sake. This makes it a no brainer to use on a frequent basis with customer support quick and responsive should you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a videographer I would prefer that my current file size transfer limit was greater than 2GB

Dropbox helps me store vital files for my digital media agency and instantly share them with clients and collaborators.
Fast and reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and reliable. There are less technical problems with Dropbox then other similar services. The is rarely any synchronization issues then other services, and also the integration with operating system file and folder functionality works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very expensive, but the pricing and contracts are unclear if you are not a solicitor. The web based interface is also cluttered and not that easy to use

I used to use it for sharing and collaborating with business partners from other organizations on an informal basis when other means of sharing were difficult (and it was permitted) l have always used Dropbox when I have been doing talks, lectures and seminars outside my organization as a memory stick
I have used Dropbox for many years now and have never had a bad experience.

The feeling of security it provides and access to my files across all my devices

It seems to periodically cease to synch and this prevents files from being accessible across all my devices. This can be a big issue for me.
