I like Google Drive's user interface more, but Dropbox is more usable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and is intuitive. It is also helpful that, unlike Google Drive, it is usable without needing a Google Drive account. This makes it much more helpful in professional settings. Upload times are also fast, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that I often accidentally upload files into folders, rather than into the page I am trying to upload the file into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send sensitive information to people outside the organization without having to worry about that getting received by the wrong persons.
Digitizing Historic Documents at a Historic Site
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use. We can upload scans of historic documents from other apps like Adobe Scan. We can access these docuemnts from anywhere meaning that not only do we frequently use Dropbox in house but we can also let outside researchers who can't come to us access the documents. Tagging things has added even more ease and useability to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about Dropbox. We've never had to reach out to customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can digitize histoirc documents to preserve them. That preservation is aided by the fact that we don't have to access the originals but can access these scans and can use them anywhere rather than just in the archive room
Best platform for External document sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Its probably the only platform that I have come across that allows document sharing with external domains and this is such a useful feature to me.

Its pricing is a bit on the higher side,

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Great for saving work and sharing between professionals. Customer Service respond fast and are knowledgable. There are many features and it is easy to organize. In our business we use the application very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found one yet. Maybe the fact that the links are very long and they don't always translate to a shorter one when they are copied and pasted to an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to send large content accross the internet to other tenants / attorneys / clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox integrates with my scanner and the app on the computer to drag and drop files into my needs and wants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike about Dropbox. It has been a set and forget part of my tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share files with clients if necessary, and it allows me to access documents on the fly.
Access from Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the obvious benefit of secure data storage, I enjoy the ability to access desired files from any device and any location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not thrilled about the cost... and the periodic price increases.

It helps my clients download my software tools, while allowing me to check all the files from multiple synchronized locations

What do you like best about the product?
Able to save files in a 'safe' place and not have to worry about backups. Files accessible from multiple computers and are always curent. Am using this application multiple times a day: storing Word, Excel, Access files as well as backups for my desktop. Easy to set up in these programs/applications, just choose it from my list of storage locations. In the past have shared files with my students using Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, have not found a down side to this application. Well, other than forgetting that access to the data file was through a shortcut to my desktop. Didn't end well when I deleted data that I thought was in a copy of the original. Rookie mistake :>(( I think i learned my lesson.

Not having to keep multiple copies of data files.....all in one location and accessible from multiple computers.
