User friendly and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy desktop access to Dropbox and how easy it is to share documents or folders with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any dislikes with dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share only specific folders with certain colleagues. While sharing only priviledge information with my boss.

Ease and friendliness of use and security

Expensive monthly charges it started with 9.99USD and now it became 13.99 USD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of reach and accessibility to all necessary documents and contents from anywhere anytime and sharing them easily with whoever I want
Dropbox makes it easy to share and access files when working remotely
What do you like best about the product?
As an individual who mainly works remotely, dropbox makes it easy to safely access & share files with various clients. Whether it's on my home desktop, laptop, or at the office, I can access the same files I need to get my work done everyday. Besides work related duties, I started using dropbox to store my personal files as well so it's available anytime anywhere. It's great that I don't have to worry about not being to access a specific file because I'm working on a different computer now.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any negative experience with dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always had issues trying to send or receive large documents/files from clients for work, but ever since using dropbox, I never had this issue of an email failing due to the attachment size being too large.

Syncing materials allows access everywhere is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to sync and sometimes it doesn't show up at a different location; membership is a bit expensive

For my own personal work, it helps to save stuff whether I'm in office or at home.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the convenience of accessing my documents and files from multiple computers and devices. I’m currently using the BASIC Plan, but thus far it’s been adequate for my purposes. I’ve been using Dropbox since it’s early infancy, so I’ve become attached, and I’ve been watching the company grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, dropbox made you jump through a bunch of hoops, in order to gain more storage space. I’ve done so, so the space I’ve acquired is okay. Now a days, cloud storage is governed by subscription, along with everything else, i.e., Netflix, Spotify, or cell phone coverage. I get it, I’m just not able to pay for another service indefinitely right now. I truly enjoyed paying ONE price, [One and DONE] and the product and/or service was yours! Don’t get me wrong, I understand the overhead, and maintenance to ensure the service stays up and running and accessible 24/7/365 takes man-power, time and money.I wish there was a less expensive service instead of the $119.88/year. Currently I’m able to connect to 3 devices, I wish it were 4 devices!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring I have the correct device with me when trying to access documents, and files remotely. I just have to ensure I have the correct devices on me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Dropbox is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more free storage. I feel like I'm constantly running out of storage and getting pay-walled.

For my role, I'm dealing with alot of photo and video sharing across agencies/partners. It's helping us deliver those files without sacrificing quality.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use on computer or phone and is secure. I have used Dropbox for a number of years and access it almost daily. It is easy to install and access on a number of devices. It's great for storing pictures as well as documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Dropbox. I have recomended it to friends and family.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store documents in a safe place. It saves space on my computer. I can share documents with others safely.
Works well for sharing outside of company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to have a shared folder that others outside of my company can access. Works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online interface seems more dated than OneDrive. Still works great though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has done a good job in making online collaboration easy for multiple companies/multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
I rely on dropbox for many years its reliable and easy to use

sometimes not sure if the link i provide to client, if they have visiblity to my other files so i copy file to share in public folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contain all of client files in one place with backup
Dropbox is great but not the most affordable option.

Love the smart sync feature, works well across multiple platforms (web, mobile, pc, Mac)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy, would rather have a lower cost option that doesn't have all the features that are not needed like how they try to compete with DocuSign etc.
