Greatly convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It's just a joy to share files with business partners, have my files accessable anywhere, on multiple devices. I could not live without it anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i would be able to access my files on my mobile data internet. But perhaps that's just a setting I'm overlooking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to mail or use other upload sites to share files for big graphic projects.
Secure long term storage and accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I was a fairly early adopter of Dropbox and so I was able to accrue a significant size of folder on the free account. The solution works very well and has kept my files secured for years without incident, allowing me to move from computer to computer easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version, especially for those just starting out is limited in size compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and mobility so that I can move between devices and location and have all my files with me.

Fastest cloud storage I've used, and I've tried several. Files upload very quickly, and the sharing feature is the best.

I wish there was more support for external hard drives. And also wish there were more security features like the ability to have an end-to-end encrypted vault.

Ability to easily share and collaborate on projects with clients.

It used to be taking too much space in your harddisk but now with the online only feature they fixed that.

Best cloud storage for creative work
What do you like best about the product?
As a creative, I work with large files frequently. Dropbox allows me to sync files across my devices and move files to online-only to free up storage. I rarely use the site or app–integrating Dropbox to my laptop and desktop has been my file storage solution for 9+ years, and I plan to continue using it!

I find the desktop site to be difficult to navigate and organize.

I dislike that that synced files take up HD space on my computer (as opposed to GDrive where files can be accessed on my computer but fully stored on the cloud).

Dropbox is great for my cloud storage, backups, and sharing files with clients.
