I have used Dropbox almost since it began – – love it.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me cloud storage with accessibility of files from anywhere.

My files when I need them, where I need them
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox keeps many of my documents at the ready across my devices, available when I need them, no matter where I am. The speed of access and ability to send whatever is needed for proposals and deliverables makes all the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't trust dropbox for automated tasks or large archives. But it works well for small projects in motion and files that actively managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use dropbox to deliver files to clients and collaborators, access files that I need, and expand the capabilities of my hardware one the go. I am exploring the e-commerce options for digital deliverables.
Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I tend to prefer to work remotely. Dropbox allows us to easily collaborate, share files, and all have access from anywhere! I love being on a jobsite and being able to pull documents from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern in using Dropbox is ensuring documents can be recovered if a teammate deletes something in error. Therefore, I still backup all my documents on my personal documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In working remote and on jobsites, accessing files from a teammate can take time. Dropbox allows all of my teammates to access files from their desktop or phones!
A Paperwork Destroying Program
What do you like best about the product?
I can scan a receipt or any other piece of paperwork anywhere and have it on my compter when I arrive at the house. You can elect to just keep your paperwork in the DropBox cloud or have it on each device you use it on. I use it on a daily basis. It was also very easy to set up on all my devices. The program is integrated across all of my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you don't have a cell phone connection or Internet connection it can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to scan documents while away from the computer at the home office.
On the Go!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see my documents when I'm on the go! I have Dropbox installed on my mobile device and it has saved me numerous times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides! I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of only being able to work on something from my desktop computer. I can work from anywhere!
Overall positive but considering other alternatives

I can used it across different platform, and it saves older versions of each file

Some people don't have it, so when I send a link they have trouble opening it.

Its basically our network where all the files are stored

Ease of use. Simple integration. Incredible amount of storage available.

I have not found anything about DropBox that I do not like.

DropBox allows me to securely forward large files to clients and colleagues.
Dropbox - a convenient tool for sharing information
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a nonprofit that deals with continuing education programs. Since we do not have institution emails, other platforms like Google Drive are difficult to coordinate with security settings for the sharing of files amongst our members and registrants.

Price per storage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides a universal space for the sharing of materials amongst our members.
Very good and very easy.

The easy to use interface. The fact that is in the FINDER on the mac and I can just put the files in right there.

I want to just a do a full backup. I would like an icon, like timemachine to just do that.

Backup and sharing. Mostly backup.
Everything organized and stored in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It’s organized, automatically uploads photos. It's great how it integrates with other apps and services, such as Adobe, to easily edit files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain files cannot be read or saved properly, or become unreadable over time for some reason. Uploads can be slow and the search function isn't always accurate.
