Dropbox creates a meeting place for my collaboration partners that helps me grow my business whether I'm in the same locale as my clients or not.

It is versatile for business or personal use, helps you stay organized, and easy ro use on any device.

Sometimes it can take a while to upload and if you use it on your phone, it can exit out of what you were in the middle of saving if you take a call or the screeen times out.

Transferring documents between employees and keeping it in one place where both owner and office manager can access all documents.
Indispensable Program

What I like is that Dropbox works behind the scenes backing up everything on my computer without my intervention. You set it up, and that's it. No more wondering if my intellectual property is stored.

No dislikes so far except on my part where I need to set up my own schedule to delete anything no longer needed. That's not Dropbox's fault.

Sharing files between multiple concepts and servers
Efficient and reliable cloud storage that almost always works like you'd expect.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is easy to setup and easy to use. It is a simple procedure to get Dropbox working on all of my devices from my computer to my iPad to my cell phone. Accessing documents across those devices is incredibly simple and hassle-free. I like that I don't have to think too hard about it to use it -- I just use it when I need it and it is great for saving space on my devices. I like that anyone can be invited to share a folder on Dropbox even with a free account. It is very simple for those users to collaborate on documents in a Dropbox folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the lack of cloud collaboration as a base feature. Cloud services like OneDrive are integrated with Office360 products, so my colleagues and I can have a document open during a meeting and all be editing in real time. I believe that this is a feature of higher tier Dropbox accounts, but I feel like it would be a huge service to customers if it was part of more basic, even free, plans. The other piece is that the security standards on lower-level plans are not satisfactory for storing sensitive information or PHI -- an important piece of my work as a researcher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox lets me and collaborators through work have a centralized file storage system that is not tied to organizational credentials. It allows us all to stay organized without issues in terms of accessing what we need.
Easy but also slows speed
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it saves automatically and synchronizes across my devices. It's easy to use, too. Uploading a new document is no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents that are saved in Dropbox are very slow to respond. Meaning, if I'm typing a Word document that's saved in Dropbox, there's a lag. It's a few seconds before the page registers the changes I've made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides peace of mind that a document is saved somewhere on the web automatically and I don't have to convert it into another format to use like with other cloud servers.
Simple but intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Dropbox I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps the organization I am a part of by letting people work collaboratively on projects.
