Dropbox - my automatic go-to!
What do you like best about the product?
I always suggest dropbox as my first choice, as it has a number of features, it is easy for others to collaborate with, and even not-so-tech-savvy people seemt o manage it well:)
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside would be the limited size of the complimentary account...but I totally get it:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
offering a cloud based directory that works perfectly with microsoft and apple deliverables.

I like the multiformat platform and it is very intuitive to use.

limited free access, tough for a small business

company uses many different document types and Dropbox can save most formats for collaboration.

Because of Dropbox, I am able to access my files anywhere. It is useful not to have to carrying a thumb drive with you.

Sometimes my files did not download to the correct files.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has built a reputation for having robust and reliable cloud infrastructure. Files are kept safe with smart features like version history and ability to recover deleted files for up to 120 days.
I like that I can securely share large files or entire folders with others and set permissions on who can view, edit etc. This makes collaborating on projects very efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Searching through a large number of files for specific items can still be difficult and unintuitive at times. Advanced search capabilities by date, file type etc. could help here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accidentally deleting a file or making edits I later regret used to be frustrating. With Dropbox's file version history and ability to restore deleted files, I have peace of mind that my files are safe. I can freely edit files without worry of losing work.
Clean and easy to understand platform. Good forum support as well.

Connection Reliability. We can always count on dropbox. Our files are safe and secure.

Sometimes Raw files are really slow to open.

Allows me to very quickly share a large number of files. Also syncing across multiple devices.
An essential tool for designers and teachers!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for more than a decade! It had been my #1 resource for sharing files with clients and students. Easy to use and reliable with security features I need! I used it every day for teaching and sending files securely to clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is running out of space but that can be easily remedied by paying a reasonable fee.

I like that people can send me links to open but my space is limited until I upgrade

I will be forced to upgrade with any more links sent to me - yep, another bill for a service that I don't use every month......frustrating because I have clients who only love dropbox and make more money than I do, so for them it is not an issue like it is for me. Is it that easy to use? Not always. Oooh the other thing I am having an issue with is that I cannot delete what has been sent to me to give myself more space - unless, of course, I upgrade and pay.
