Easiest cloud service platform to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for nearly 10 years now and I love how easy it is to manage my files locally & on my mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the app messages would save their read/unread because I keep declining the "Would you like to try the beta version" message and it comes back every time I login to my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration features have been getting better and better. I like the directions they're going in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to sync and that your able to sync your computer and phone simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the free version, so they limit on how many devices can be synced at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unsure what problems they have at the moment. I'm enjoying Dropbox as it is and have no issues with it so far.
Easy Files Transfer
What do you like best about the product?
All types of files can be transferred very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is better if the cost of storage is a little lower.

Used for the convenience of several people working on the same file at the same time.

Easy to use.

Uploading can take time so its important to make sure you're ready to let it finish.

Single spot to store files.

Dropbox makes it very easy to securely share files with clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had one issue with a partner not being able to share or receive files. It is nice to have a tool that never glitches and works as promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily share project files to collaborate with outside partners.
Dropbox is good but...
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to store my files and knowing they're in a secure location. Also being able to reach those files from a number of different locations is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you start out with 2 gigs and have to jump through hoops to get more for free. Or that you have to pay for lots of storage space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing me to collaborate with other team members on a project we're working on. They see when there are updates. I see when they make updates. We can leave each other comments aboit files. It's great.

I can save information & access it anywhere through my phone or computer

Sharing can be an issue. I've had to use another platform to share documents because people on the receiving end are unable to open or access the Dropbox link

Nothing really I find it to be at times hard to download from Dropbox that would be my only issue

What do you like best about the product?
So many features of Dropbox are fabulous. As a web designer, I love that my clients can upload backups of their websites automatically to Dropbox using UpDraftPlus. Dropbox storage has saved my clients from having to re-do large websites simply because they had an automated backup copy.
Dropbox is easy to send out links. Easy to sell items and have others download them. I used to have temporary download options and many clients would forget to download and the link would expire but with Dropbox, it is a solid link without an expiration.
As a designer, it is great to have backups for clients on Dropbox instead of storing the files on my main computer.

I'd like to edit a little more ... documents inside there.

storage, sharing, collaboration
So convenient and user friendly I never have to think about it
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly with Windows Explorer, and syncs almost instantly with all my other devices, ( my Mac, iPhone, iPad, printer). I use it every day, constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of any downsides. Have used other cloud, services, and dropbox has had the least bugs. I've used it for so long now that I don't remember the initial set up so I cannot comment on the ease of initial set up. I have never had to call Customer Support so I also cannot comment on that.

Dropbox makes it easy to work across several platforms at the same time. Several computers, as well as iPhones, iPads, etc. can access the same document simultaneously.
