Impossible to live withOUT Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It's everywhere! What I have in my laptop - like a customer list I can view on my phone or tablet if I'm away from the laptop. I keep photos for easy access from any device!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I do not have any! I find nothing wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence to leave my laptop at work and not drag it everywhere!

Ability to view, edit, and reproduce items among remote team members easily

Nothing! Every feature is easy to use and not complicated.

The ability for multiple users to have access to the same information and edit it for their personal needs.
Plentiful storage and access to other apps
What do you like best about the product?
Can upload new docs and access them from email and other apps. Can do PDF and scan docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos don't auto download like Google photos. Sometimes I got over hundred photos and need to wait for them upload while opening the app

Allows me to save docs and place them in files to access later

What do you like best about the product?
My ability to share large file sizes by simply sharing the DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receivers that do not have subscribed Drop Box accounts have issues with larger file sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tranferring large video or PNG files. Saving me time.
It has best and easiest access storage

Simple interface of drag and drop and ability to use it without internet

Syncing is an issue as we are using windows and Mac

Very good collaborating with the team specially the team is remote and we have all the files for the customers

I like that DropBox helps me deliver files to clients that are often too big for email to happen. It's also secure, so sensitive information is not exposed.

The pricing is a touch higher than I would like.

Dropbox solves the problem of how to deliver files that are too big for email to clients.

Ability to access across companies regardless of email, LAN/WAN, ip address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as useful as Google drive and sometimes gets bogged down during mass upload/downloads.

Getting yearbook photos from photographers.
Easiest sharing platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest way to share files. Others I have used are more complicated or people have trouble accessing files. I never have any problem with Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any, it's my go-to paltform.

Some collaborators have very small limits on file sizes allowed through email, Dropbox solves that problem.
Convenient and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and manage. Sharing via link is super convenient to give viewing access. I use Dropbox everyday and collaborate with several different teams using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox sometimes does not give sufficient warning that someone else is in the document resulting in duplicate copies of a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sharing many files for different work locations seamlessly. A team working in different states can quickly and easily access your documents without clogging up email with large files.
Works well when you have to share very large files.

The ability to have my assistant see and use the files as needed.

Choosing files to share is cumbersome to me
