HelloSign makes it easy for me to see when people are opening and viewing documents I send out.
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of HelloSign is that you can see real time updates on the document being viewed or signed. It is also very user friendly; easy for clients to open and easy for me to save the documents outside of HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is no downside to HelloSign. I have seen a lot of document signing tools over the years and I can honestly say HelloSign does everything they can and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HelloSign I have realized how much of a smooth transition signing documents can be for our clients. I don't have to mail them a stack of papers or send an email with a huge attachment and then manually check myself to see if they have opened or signed it. HelloSign does that for me!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this application to anyone making constant business transactions where documents are needing to be processed quickly and efficiently.

Very easy to use and the communication between myself and others is transparent and convenient.

Simplicity. The steps needed from document upload to signatures works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about the program.

Having our customers receive and sign documents is easy for all parties.

What do you like best about the product?
First and primarily e-signitures. Templates are a great addition

Nothing! Only issue is it auto renewes, and you might not want that.

HelloSign is the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been extremely useful for our business. Not only is it extremely user-friendly, but it also saves a significant amount of time for me as an employer. I no longer have to worry about printing and scanning documents, everything I need can be done virtually through HelloSign!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! I couldn't recommend this service enough!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, efficiency, employee management (with the reminder tool), etc.

In the society that we live in today, with almost everything virtually living online, HelloSign is a great way to keep your organization aligned with such changes.
Great signing app
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and easy to use. I like that it's integrated with Dropbox and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the templates could be improved some, and if I send the document to the wrong person, a function to "send to another signer" would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing NDAs, Employment agreements, and SOWs. So much easier then printing and scanning.
Does the job well
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set the different fields for what you want signed and dated, to to show who each field is to be filled out by.

I had some trouble learning how to create preset templates.

I don't have to travel in person to get documents filled out. This saves time.
Useful alternative to physical signing
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a great way to get multiple people to sign the same document without having to be in the same place. I also like that I can copy and paste sections of text boxes I've created later in the document. It makes my job much faster! I also really like the add-on for Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the preparation page was able to recognize the size of where I'm putting the text box. The longest amount of time I spend preparing documents is resizing text boxes to fit the spaces I need them. For the Google Drive add-on, I wish I could see the document as I set up the list of signers. It would also be nice if it took longer for the links to expire, as I often have to resend the links if they're not signed quickly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helps us get electronic signatures rather than having to mail documents out physically. It saves us both time and money on postage.

Hello Sign allows our team to quickly and efficiently process contracts and track essential documents for verified signatures. It is truly a valued platform in our technology stack.
Use it Almost Daily
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and learn, this was my first signature software that I ever used and it is the only one I use. As a real estate agent I use it almost daily. I find that my clients have no issues using it either. Very simplistic
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike how there is no option to 'strike out' text. Docusign lets you put a red line through text and I cant believe that HelloSign doesn't have this option either. I'm left putting xxxxxxxxx through words to cross them out which looks terrible and messy.
I also don't like the new update, there is no EDIT option once you have sent something for signature. I now have to duplicate it to make a change which doesn't make any sense

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious problem it solves is that you can have documents signed electronically instead of printing them out. I don't need a printer anymore which makes it very convenient especially with working so much from home instead of in the office.
