Super easy
What do you like best about the product?
Such an easy process comparable to having to print, sign and scan. Quicker process than with competitors. It's great they have pre-written items too - like being able to have your signature saved for the next time so it's an easy tap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. It's such an easy process I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send contracts to clients. It's SO much easier than having to make them print and scan paperwork back. I'm able to have signed contracts in my hand WAY quicker with HelloSign!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Skip docusign and other competitors. HelloSign is straight to the point - no random span emails + it tells people you CC'd that a document was sent and notifies you when the singer has viewed the document. Seamless.

Very fast and easy to use

I like how easy it is to set up a document and send it for signature

Nothing at the moment. It's a great esign product.

I am a life coach and need to get agreements to clients signed quickly. I've used DocuSign in the past and what I like about HelloSign is how user friendly it is!

It's a great product at a great price and it's easy to set up. You'll love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of platform, simple ways to add elements for custom documents. End recipients find compatability with mobile devices, and up to date notifications for signed documents and views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform could go "backwards" to edit the document if the contract needs to be ammended or while putting elements in--rather than starting over with the document

Quick and efficient ways to send many contracts, few problems - reminder options is great for volume!I am more productive and efficient with contracts and email verification with the PDF attached is great.

Not having paperwork and going over to fully digital with processes

I like that it automated reminders so that you can stay on top of signatures that are overdue

Don't think you can edit existing documents, so if something is out for signature would be good if nobody has taken any action yet to be able to make an adjustment

Makes it simple for all parties to be able to sign documents rather than physical signatures and scanning

Easy to set up. Cut down on administrative and operations staff by automating most of your workflow to collect NDA, sales contracts, job offers, etc.

Limited number of templates on the lower price tires.

It's very efficient to quickly get a signature regardless of file format: PDF or Word.

I don't have any dislikes. The product is very functional.

I need to quickly secure signatures from my clients. I am able to reduce the time it takes to get clients through underwriting because I'm making it much easier for them to work with me.

Accessible document storage and templates are simple to use.

Sometimes the UX is not great. Without the ability to edit, it can require a lot of back and forth.

Automation around onboarding and contracting.
Great solution that speeds up contract signing
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of waiting days for contracts to get signed, Hellosign makes it easy for the other party to click a few buttons and get it done in a minute or two. This has greatly sped up the time to get contracts completed.

I wish there was a way to send a file out to be e-signed before I as the owner need to sign it.
