Flawless execution of a critical service
What do you like best about the product?
1) The ease of use in the MacOS environment
2) The ability to share folders with clients or other attorneys
3) Apple support has tried to talk me into dropping DropBox and using the iCloud instead. DropBox does things that the iCloud doesn't and provides security guarantees.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files with others -- something I frequently need to do.

Excellent tool to share files and folders among my team

The speed. I noticed that sometimes the members of my team don't see the file in a fast manner

Instead of sending emails with attached files, this tool is great when just uploading.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share information between colleagues, we work almost exclusively in Dropbox and almost nothing exists natively on our computers. This allows us all to keep track of various parts of projects and quickly determine how and where we can assist each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited storage space is probably my least favorite thing about Dropbox. If I save any amount of photos to my account, storage runs out quickly.
I also dislike how easy it is to create conflicted copies if more than one person is in a document at the same time.

it allows my entire team the ability to track various pieces of the projects we are working on and collaborate easily on them.
Love DropBox for big transfers

Easy to transfer files that I couldn't otherwise email

There is nothing that I don't like about Dropbox.

I can't always email all the files or the size of file I need to.
Dropbox is easy to use in addition to the many usful tools builtin to the product

sometimes the software stop escpicaly after an upgrade and that will make file syncing stop

I like the ease of use. The ease of integration and customer support. Im glad you can use a password.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has made my life easier in a number of ways. Dropbox allows for sharing secure files and using Dropbox Sign to get documents signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback with Dropbox. However, maybe Dropbox can partner with QuickBooks and create a integration as like a document collection platform for businesses and help streamline processes.

I can have my security cameras send their video files here for free

Nothing at all. All functionality is great.

I have 3 security cameras and dropbox allows me to send my video files to it and save them or view them for free. I delete as needed. I can add storage of needed if I needed to save any there.
